Abstract: It was brought forward that concept and implementation specification requirement of cultivated-land protection information system that integrates quality and quantity. Then for example, on the basis of the investigation to the reality of cultivated-land protection in Xinyi, the feasibility of cultivated-land protection information system’s implementation was demonstrated. Then, according to the actual conditions of Xinyi., function modules the system should include and the scheme of the storehouse’s building was brought forward and beneficial exploration was carried on to Xinyi.
