Abstract: A comparison of measuring soil moisture with gas content weightless method，gas content volume method and gravimetric method was made．It showed that the measuring result of gas content volume and gravimetric method is difference，the measuring result of gas content weightless and gravimetric method is similar，and analyse the reason of deviation.The results indicated that gas content weightless is accurate and reliable to measuring soil water content．
