This study was to assess carcass lean-percentage(y) calibration equation on crossbreed of ab extra pigs，and indexes which measured were chosen for pig carcases grading. Number of 114 samples about half yearly age was selected in this study. The usual predictors have been used：hot carcass weight，backfat of different parts and other characteristics measured on each carcass with ruler. By commercial cutting，multiple regression analysis of dissectible lean meat(%) on linear form based on the variables with different indexes was performed by SAS（SAS version 8.2）. The results suggested that the seventh equation: y=58.496-0.1046 x1-0.513 x7+0.273 x10 is the best multiple linear regression prediction model，in the model R2 is 0.8290 and RMSE is 2.07336. Backfat between sacrum & lumbar vertebra(x7) and M（M is the distance between the end of musculus gluteus medius and the edge of spinal cord canal ,x10）will be measured by ruler for pig carcasses grading in the future.

FSH receptor occupancy lesded to phosphorylation/activation of p38 MAPK in time-dependent manner. Phosphorylated p38 MAPK by FSH was observed within 5 min and reached the highest level at 30 min. Moreover, such activation was protein kinase A-dependent as indicated by the results using specific inhibitors.Interestingly.inhibition of p38 MAPK acitivity with SB203580 augmented estradiol production at the same time (p<0.01). RT-PCR data showed that inclusion of SB203580 in the FSH-stimulated FSH-induced STAR mRNA Production, while decreased the FSH-stimulated P450arom mRNA expression of STAR in mitochondria than FSH treatment alone.

The results showed that the immunostaining for LIF, LIFR and gp130 was cycle-dependent, was considerably higher during proliferative phases than during secretory phases of the menstrual cycle. The oocytes at all stages of development were the primary site of immunoreactive LIF, LIFR and gp130, which were present to a lesser extent in the granulose cells, theca cells, stromal cells and serosal tissue. No immunostaining for LIF, LIFR and gp130 was found in atretic follicles, regressed corpora lutea. The cycle dependency suggests a potential regulation of their expression by ovarian steroids. LIF may play an important role in the regulation of monkey follicular development and ovulation.

This article simply summarized the effects of LIF on mammalian female reproduction.

By way of affection to enzymes zinc realize its multifunction to the derma, reproductive abilities and arthroses in domestic animals and poultry, especially to chicken, swine and cow. Corresponding nutritional diseases can be caused and the patients even can die when zinc is supplied either deficiently or excessively. The bioavailability of zinc is dependent upon species of zinc compounds, feeds, animal individuals and other nutrients as well as minerals given to the animals. Zinc amino acid complexes not only have the functions as zinc additives but also can significantly enhance the productive performance of animals and cause less pollution to environment than that of inorganic zinc, which accords with the requirements of green breeding trend but it still needs a long way to go to develop and explore the practical utilities and physiological functions of zinc amino acid complexes.

The result indicated colorific deepness, purity and fastness of a color have many affiliations with pigment, species of silkworm, method of add food and circumstance. Availability ingredient of pigment and concentration of pigment is its decisive impact.

The results showed that the clomifene citrate was not affected semen quality of cocks with symptom of poor-quality semen, the androsterone level of serum wasn’t correlated with semen quality obviously.

Because of its apomictic reproduction character, an accurate and rapid identification of the F1 hybrid seedlings of Malus xiaojinensis is of great importance to both genetic study and utilization of the precious genes in the germplasm. RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) marker is a simple, fast, and economic molecular technique for identifying the hybrid of fruit trees, but the relatively low reproducibility of some bands is still a practical problem with the RAPD molecular technique. To find a solution to this problem, 79 F1 seedlings from M. xiaojinensis×M. baccata were first analyzed using RAPD molecular markers, and then the assumed hybrid seedlings based on RAPD makers were tested by using SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers in this study. The results show that 72.2% hybrid seedlings identified based on RAPD markers are confirmed by SSR markers. Our results also show that two kinds of RPAD patterns, “combination of the parents’ bands” and “appearance of the non-parental band(s)”, used in combination with the number of the specific RAPD bands, can be to used to identify the F1 hybrid seedlings of M. xiaojinensis with good accuracy. As a result, our study provides new information on the utilization of RPAD markers in identification of hybrid seedlings of fruit trees.

Four rooting indexes, including root length, root thick, rooting number and rooting induction rate, were measured. It was concluded that adding the auxins, such as IAA, IBA and NAA, could enhance the induction of the roots, and 0.2mg/L IAA could produce the best result, the length of root is longest (5.5mm), the root thick is the thinnest (0.96mm), rooting number is much more than others, the rooting induction rate is 100%. Adding active carbon could improve the quality of the rooting. The optimal concentration was 1mg/mL, the length of root is 25.51mm, the root thick is 0.6mm, and rooting number is 13.

Specific fragments could be amplified by 4 RAPD primers in all Ogu-CMS and CMS96. And specific fragments related to all Ogu-CMS could be amplified by one RAPD primer. 5 specific fragments amplified by OPAH16 primers in all Ogu-CMS and CMS96 were cloned. Then sequences were compared by Blastn method. Results show that these sequences are homological to Brassica napus and Arabidopsis mtDNA genome partially. But they are not homological to CMS gene reported before. The 5 sequences can be induced a protein that is homological to ORF109b in Arabidopsis mtDNA genome. The functions of the 5 sequences are testing.

It welcomes the shortcoming and save the time of gene cloning and function identifying result in accelerating the research of functional genomics. At present, the methods of constructing the full length cDNA library include Oligo-Capping, CAPture, SMART, CAP-trapper, CapSelect and CAP- jumping method.. To some extend, these methods exist their own advantages and disadvantages in the amount of start materials 、the technology and process of experiment and the quality of the cDNA library. It is compared that the value of the SMART and CAP-trapper method are relatively higher in utility. The SMART method is adapt to construct easily and rapidly cDNA library with average quality. The quality of the library can be improved, if the Little-cycle SMART and Large-size SMART technology are used to construct the full length cDNA library. The CAP-trapper method is adapt to construct cDNA library with high complement rate、low repeat rate and high effiency, as the technology is high and the process is complex.

According to complete diallel cross design, parents, F1 and F2 genetic generations derived from six different types of rice varieties (parental lines), were used for this experiment. The main results were as follow. Analysis on genetic variance showed that all the traits were controlled by genes of seed, cytoplasm and maternal plant simultaneously. SSC was mainly affected by dominant effects of diploid maternal nuclear genes, while TNC and RSN by dominant effects of seed nuclear genes. The results of heritabilities analysis indicated that heritabilities for SSC and RSN were small or depressive, implying that selection for them might be invalid. Direct heritability for TNC appeared to be large, for which single seed descent method might be better in genetic selection.

Through allelic test, the resistance gene was different from Yr5, Yr10 and Yr15. By pedigree analysis, the resistance gene in ICA31 derived from the Syria common wheat line Xu18. Results of the SSR marker and BSA analysis showed that the resistance gene was located on 1BS and a diagnostic marker WMS11-193bp for the gene was identified. The genetic distance from the resistance gene to WMS11-193bp was 2.1 cM. The work is valuable for molecular-assisted selection in wheat breeding program against stripe rust.

Fon1, 9 polymorphic markers were obtained from the total 39 amplified markers; Fon2, 5 were obtained from the total 40; there are 4 polymorphic markers obtained from the total 40 markers in Fon3. The results showed that there existed genetic diversity among different monospore strains from the same isolate at DNA level.

The result of RT–PCR show that three of the 5 have expressed the chitinase and the experiment of disease resistance further indicate that this gene has expressed strongly in the leaves of the potato. The disease resistance of the transgenitic plants increases 30% higher than the control.

The results showed that it was rich in crude protein, crude fiber, and ash and total sugar. The contents were 2.95%, 1.57%, 1.73% and 0.46% respectively. The contents of VC and VB1 are high, 88.7 and 67.10 mg/100g FW respectively. Additionally, it was rich in Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn. Especially, the contents of Ca, Zn, Cu, Mn were higher than those in common vegetables, Therefore, it was the wild plant which has a great value in exploitation.

And then use the statistic analysis software SPSS11.0 to defined the usibility of these tobacco leaf in prescription. The result showed :(1) most of the samples have the comparability, only little of these samples exist obvious difference, (2) the quality index in a group have little diference,otherwise difference is obvious.(3) in the process of prescription ,we can use the quality simility to find the substitute when a kind of tobacco leaf in prescription is limited or absence.

Routine methods of simulating root distribution would bring more errors. In this study, a model to estimate root density distribution was developed under salinity stress condition by applying genetic algorithm. This model was applied to predict the root density distribution of winter wheat. The results showed that the predicted root density had good agreement with experiment data. By using the model, the root distribution of winter wheat could be gotten with indirect and easier approach.

Using these techniques, namely, Water retaining agent, Water retaining agent + Coverage of plastic film, Water retaining agent + Coverage of plastic film + Root inducing powder to Heaven Ailanthus, the experiment which aimed to increase water content of soil, water content of leaf, to promote the survivor ratio were carried out. The result showed that: comparing with controls, influences of these methods were significant. Among these methods, the effect of Water retaining agent was good, Water retaining agent +Coverage of plastic film was better, and the comprehensive of Water retaining agent + Coverage of plastic film + Root inducing powder was the best. It is concluded that using techniques of drought resistance in dry area or sandy dryland could solve the problem in afforesting.

(ii) Male sterile lines and restorer lines had a great effect on the hybrid rice quality. For example, the 3 traits of grain length, grain width and amylose content, heavily depended on the male sterile lines, as for the quality traits of head rice rate, grain weight, chalky grain rate, grain chalkiness, alkali spreading value, et al, the impact of restorer lines was much higher than male sterile lines. (iii) Parents of guangzhan 63-4S, yangdao 6, shuhui 527 and zhenhui 084, have good GCA and SCA for quality traits and can be widely used for breeding new hybrid combinations with good quality. Parents of teqing and yanghui 559, showed the low GCA and SCA for quality traits and had no significant merits on rice hybrid quality breeding.

It was imported into China in1979. Its cytoplasm came from Ethiopia and its nucleus from India. A pair of nucleus gene and cytoplasm gene take common effects on A2–CMS. Its genotype is S2 (ms2 ms2 ), and B line is F2 (ms2 ms2 ) and R line is F2 or S2 (Ms2 Ms2 ). If the line can recover or maintain A1–CMS. The same effect to A2–CMS too. A little R line appear maintainer type. So, it has wider maintainer resources. The temperature is main factor to fertility. Under the natural condition, the pistil of A2–CMS has little abortion or no abortion and the stamen can shed pollen with high temperature which make a little self-seed. The heterosis and combining ability of the main agronomic characters have no significant difference between A2–CMS and A1–CMS. The first A2–CMS-V4A was bred by Academy of Agricultural sciences of Shanxi Province in 1987 in the world and the first hybrid-Jinza 12 which gained Sci-technology Progress Second Class Award in 1997 was compounded too. 5 hybrid have been approved by the Provincial Class Committee of Crop Variety Identification. Therefore, the A2–CMS gained National Invention Third Class Award in 1998. Siza 25 was bred with A2TAM428χNAN133 by original Siping Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Jilin Province with A2–CMS and it gained Sci-technology Progress Second Class Award of Jilin Province in 2002. Jiza No.80, 83, 96, 97 were bred with A2–CMS in Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Jilin Province. Liaoza 10 was bred in Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Liaoning Province. These hybrids are popularized widely now with large areas. The abortion of reaction and application of Non-Milo-CMS were discussed in this paper.

E-you 428 treated with ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS). This mutant grew lodgingly at the young seedling stage, and the new tillers including main stem showed lazy growth habit as being older and new tillers being formed. This mutation has no obvious relation to added plant hormones Indole-3-carboxylic acid (IAA), zeatin(ZT), Gibberellic acid（GA3）and light. The results of genetic analysis suggested that this mutation was recessive and controlled by one nuclear gene, named as la(t) temporarily. The F2 population derived from la(t) D62B was the mapping population, and the related gene was mapped between two SSR markers LU2 and LU18 on 11th chromosome based on PCR, with distances 1.0 and 1.7cM, respectively. These results will help us for further study on cloning the gravitropic gene.

The yield has increased about 4 times based on that of 1949’s, and total yield about more than 5 times，The protein proportion has increased from 12.9% in the sixth five-year-plan to 15.1% in the ninth five-year-plan，and lysine from 0.36% to 0.48% during the same time. These wheat varieties have made great contribution for agriculture production of Gansu province．And now，the main problem in wheat production in this region is plant areas being declined, the unit area’s production is hard to improve and machining quality is low, supply and requirement conflict is pricking up. So the breeder are facing the task to improve wheat yield, high quality, resistance drought and water-saved based on the intercommunion of germplasm.

The result showed that the variations with vigor index and seed vigor of these materials reducing gradually, but the conductivity is rising step by step with the prolong of ageing disposal under the airtight conditions of high temperature (45+1℃)and high humidity (relative humidity 100percent). In the process, the influence on seed vigor and different germination index was little if they were disposed by short time; On the other hand, if they were disposed by the high temperature ageing of long time, the seed vigor and different germination index reduced rapidly. The height of different germination was positive correlative with the strong of seed vigor. On the contrary, was negative correlatives with conductivity during the ageing disposal.

The results showed that the optimum harvesting period for sweet corn was at 18~21days after in semi-nation in spring, 20~25 days in autumn. The packing way and storing temperature greatly affected the quality of the fresh ears of sweet corn in post-harvesting storage. The best way is to use vacuum packing and store at low temperature in order to post pone the fresh-maintaining period.

These hybrid combinations were analyzed about angel between sword leaf and panicle, ratio of length and breadth of sword leaf, plant height, panicle length and the grain number of panicle. The result is that ratio of length and breadth of sword leaf, plant height, panicle length and the grain number of panicle are controlled by the female parents in Dian-type hybrid rice. It is very important to think of agronomic traits of sterile lines in the Dian-type hybrid rice breeding programs.

The genetic potential of biological yield and the relationship between biological yield and economic yield were much greater than that of harvest index. The results showed that the three rice cultivars performanced the same trends in the accumulation of dry matter, and no significant difference was found in all entries throughout all developmental stages. The amounts of accumulated dry matter in Shanyou 63, Liangyou 2186 and IR64 were 2074.13 g/m2, 1976.10 g/m2 and 1924.14 g/m2 at yellow mature stage, respectively, showing no significant different among them, then went down to 1926.38 g/m2, 1933.80 g/m2 and 1842.30 g/m2 at fully grain-maturing stage, accompanying with 7.12%, 2.63% and 4.25% consumed amounts of total dry matter accumulated at yellow maturing stage during full mature stage for Shanyou 63, Liangyou 2186 and IR64, which were considered to be related to higher respiration and natural plant aging. The community growth rate(CGR) of Shanyou 63 and IR64 peaked at full tilling stage, indicating 52.13 g/(m2?d) and 44.26 g/(m2?d) respectively, and Liangyou 2186 peaked at early heading stage with a value of 45.15 g/(m2?d). The CGR of the three rice cultivars changed in different developmental stage showed in the order: Early heading stage(Full heading stage)>Grain filling stage >Yellow maturing stage>Full tilling stage>Early tilling stage. Moreover, the rates of dry matter partitioning to the sink of grain in Shanyou 63, Liangyou 2186 and IR 64 were 47.94%, 41.14% and 45.69% respectively, of which about 46.87%, 24.98% and 34.41% dry matter stored in leaf, stem, shealth and root were translocated to grain sink in the process of grain filling. In view of translocation and partitioning coefficients of dry matter to grain, Shanyou 63（three-line hybrid rice）was much more advantageous over Liangyou 2186 (two-line hybrid rice) and IR 64 (traditional rice). In addition, the regression for dry matter accumulation over the rice growing and developing course showed that it could be fit by cubic equation better than that by Logistic equation, with R2 > 0.99 for any of the three rice cultivars.

The content of total saponin in leaves and stems of 45 different cultivars alfalfa( Medicago sativa L.) growing in Beijing were determined. The results show that there are distinctly different among cultivars in content of saponin. The total saponins in leaves were higher than that in stem. In the 4-year plant, the highest level of total saponin was “Vernal”which content was 1.174%. The lowest cultivars “Empress” was 0.606%. In the 3-years plant, “WL442”had the highest content with 1.141%. The lowest contents were “Nongbao” with 0.788%. The highest total saponin content in 2-years plant is“victory”with 1.293%, the lowest was “Total” with 0.722%. In all 45 cultivars, the saponin content of highest cultivars was 2.13 time than the lowest one, and may be influenced by growing ages.

NaDiCa and CuCl2 as PPO inhibitors and activating agent were put into the crude enzymical extract, then PPO activity was determined using spectrophotometer, the results showed that: NaDiCa and CuCl2 can respectively inhibit and active wheat PPO, 0.1mM agents have good inhibition and activation; Environment has no effect on the inhibition and activation, but the wheat genotype and the agents concentration have significant effects; it presents logarithmic relation between wheat PPO activity and concentration of NaDiCa and CuCl2.

Dry matters were sampled and chemical analyzed in shooting and maturity stage and yield estimation was taken before maturity. The result showed that plasma treatments at the dosage of 1.0A×2 and 1.5A×2 could increase nutrient uptake and fertilizer use efficiency on maize seed. The total fertilizer of N+P2O5+K2O was increased by above 10% compared to the control. The N and P and K use efficiency was enhanced by 7.4%~8.2%, 11.3%19.7% and 15.7%~23.5%, respectively. It was clarified that plasma treatments at the dosage of 1.0A×2 could increase yield significantly by 8.2%.

And it has discussed the recent experimental research development and the application of CO2 fertilizer technology. This paper points out that CO2 fertilizer plays an important role in promoting the photosynthesis, restraining respiration, and reducing transpiration, and improving the percentage of water from the photosynthesis. In the meantime, the experiment shows that the growth and the products of plants are positively affected by the CO2 fertilizer technology. Moreover, the CO2 fertilizer technology can improve the quality of products of the plants and reduce the disease. Because the plants that are applied in experiment are different, some different conclusions were drawn concerning effects of CO2 fertilizer on physiology and physiological chemistry; some other questions deserve to be further discussed.

The result shows that UF was superior to commercial N fertilizers on growth index and output of lettuce, which had the order of UF > CO (NH2)2 > NH4NO3 > NH4HCO3. The results also indicated that UF had the highest N utilization ratio, which was up to 40.10%, while the other commercial N fertilizers increased their N utilization ratio from 6.93% to 31.04%. The amount of UF is closely related to the output of the lettuce and the medium level of N had the best fertilizer efficiency. If fertilizers supply excessively, the efficiency of the fertilizer decline significantly, and environmental concern has also risen.

Silicon plays a key role in enhancing resistance, improving fruit quality and protecting from disease and pest. So far, there is no systematic determination method of available silicon in northern glebe of China. Soil samples were collected from protected field with different cultivation year, available silicon was extracted by several convention methods and the comparison of the results and its relationship with soil chemical properties were studied. The results show that there was clear difference in content of available silicon extracted by different methods, but there was positive correlation between them. The analyses of regression show that available silicon extracted by different methods in soil was relevant with soil pH, EC and soil depth. The results will be useful for silicon research for the future.

The result indicates that spore germination shapes prothallium at keeping wet, cortrolling temperature and covering with 75% shading rate. If continuously culture, all can enter the sexual generation and shape sporophytic young seedling. Under the aspact of the propagating young seedling, the experiment shows forest humic soil: field soil1=1: 1(Volume rate) is controlled most easily among these media. The seedlings in unit area can amount to 3500 plant/m2. Compared with collecting in Hubei Institute for Nationalities, shaded prothallium and sporophyte after collecting Osmunda japonica Thund. spores germinate in Hangzhou both have better heat-tolerance.

Because diseases are mainly transmitted by rhizomes propagated every year, the production of disease-free clones with a rapid multiplication rate is necessary for the successful cultivation of this crop. The use of tissue culture for the in vitro propagation of ginger can successfully solve these problems. Through testing the physiological indices of ginger transplants in different medium, we found the optimum medium. The results showed that the optimum disinfection minute of explant with HgC12(0.1%) was 10 minutes and the optimum medium of transplants was perlite:vermiculite=1:1.

The influences on shoot tip cultures were different between two spaceflight treatments, one inhibited the micropropagation and the other acted as an opposed role. The 4~5 generation of the subculture had no different phenotype from the wild-type culture. Importantly, almost all tissue-culture-plants of treated seeds were characterized by etiolation, superdwarf, leaf aberrance, and some shoot tips and calli from the leaves of these cultures were prone to produce a plenty of roots with many branches.

In laboratory tests, when applied at 1:1000 solution on A. theae, 10% EC Liuyangmycin provided 95.3% insect control 10 after application, which compared with 89.3% mortality for application 1:1, 500 solution. Control effect of 10% EC Liuyangmycin 1:1,000 solution and 1:1,500 solution against A. theae reached 86.9% and 85.6% respectively, 10 days after the application in the field plot experiment. Application of the miticide (1:1,200 solution) against A. theae showed that the integrated control effect obtain 86.1% (5 days) and even 57.9% (30 days) in the field trial. In field tests 10% EC Liuyangmycin 1:1,000 solution provided 80.6%, 71.2%, 43.8% average efficacy after 5d, 15d, 30d. Those control effects were as good as the treatments of Avermecinbla and Phoxim. It is a kind of safety biological pesticide with high efficient, low toxic and low residue peculiarity, which applied in tea gardens.

There is significant difference of resistance degree among generations. The susceptible ratio of F1 and F2 is between the two parents and inclines to the resistant one, and there is no heterobeltiosis among offspring. The susceptible descendant ratio is mostly inclined to the backcross parent when backcross is made between F1 and their parents. The inheritance of maize head smut is in accordance with six parameter model and four-parameter model, and the main genetic effects are additive effect and dominant effect. But there is evident epistatic effect and overdominance effect in the background of the maize variety Huangzao 4, and there is only additive effect and dominant effect in the maize variety 3788, which are almost equal. There is at least 1 pair of resistant gene in the cross of which one parent is Mo 17, and the calculation gene pair is 0.48~1.03.

The results showed that the metabolite of R15 exhibit strong inhibition on the spores germination of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum, inhibition rate was 98.37%. The germ tubes of spores of the Alternaria alternate were swollen then stopped growing after treated with the metabolite; the conidia of Colletotrichum nicotianae could germinate but not form appressoria, the germ tubes formed apophysises in their top end. The hypha of P. parasitica and P. capsici were aberrance, twisted and cell wall was disintegrated. By means of twisting, penetrating and clinging, R15 hyperparasited on the hypha of the P. parasitica, the hypha of P. parasitica was broken. The metabolite was stable with heat and pH. The metabolite had better inhibitive effect when it was at temperature 20~55℃, pH 3~9.

The results showed that the adults and larvae of A. gossypii occurred mainly in the period from the last ten-day of October to the first ten-day of December in rose mallow before over wintering, and the peak period of their occurrence was from the middle ten-day to the last ten-day of November. After the first ten-day of December, A. gossypii over wintered in the form of egg. The distribution pattern of A. gossypii population in rose mallow was aggregate and the distribution number was the greatest in the middle and the southern parts of rose mallow. The results of two-dimensional ordination showed that the population dynamics of A. gossypii in rose mallow could be classified into four major dynamic types of immigrating stage of adults, peak stage of adults and larvae, transition stage from adults and larvae to winter eggs and winter egg stage.

To address this problem, we had selected a susceptible strain of two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae Koch under pressure of killing about 60% population with abamectin. The population was tested every five generations by slide-dip method and LC-P line was received. The result indicated that the development of resistance to abamectin was quickly, after 20 cycles exposure, the resistance ratios of selected population was 8.09. Moreover, there had been homozygotes in the population.

The wetland ecosystem service function of the reed is 8 items, they mainly show on regulating function of water and protecting soil, they partly account for the valuations of the ecosystem service of reed wetland 35% and 32%, the number of valuations of the ecosystem service is 4 items after it is empoldered to the paddyfield, it is shown as material production value mainly, accounts for 75% of the value of whole ecological service of the system.

The results indicated that：At 25℃, the changes of pH in acidic soils increased quickly, but soil exchangeable Al decreased, with the increasing concentrations of applied Percarbamide. The time-course experiment revealed that the increase of soil pH was short-term, with a subsequently slow drop after reached their maximum, and there was a obviously negative relationship between soil exchangeable Al and soil pH. Plant experiment showed that mayor roots of maize were shorten obviously, and the growth of side roots were inhibited. moreover, the Al toxicity of maize with Percarbamide were more serious than that without Percarbamide, and majority of Al absorbed by maize were largely in roots, minority were in stems and in leaves．

Finally 4 anthothyanin samples with longer color duration extracted from Platycodon (Platycodon grandiflorua A.), Hollyhock (Althaea Rosea L.), Larkspur (Delphinium grandiflorum L.) and Japanese chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat) respectively were obtained. The characteristics of the anthothyanin were studied according to procession conditions, such as different pH, light, heat and metal ions. It was showed that the anthothyanin were stable bellow pH4.0, stability decreased sharply above pH4.0, and their half lifetime were 339d, 255d, 226d and 234d respectively under pH 1.0 and sunlight. Different metal ions affected stability at different rate, calcium and magnesium had no effect on stability, while aluminium decreased stability slightly, the presents of copper, stannum and iron caused obvious stability decline, iron did the most among the metal ions tested in this study. The lost rate of the 4 anthothyanin samples were 2.7%, 29.2%, 20.0% and 7.1% respectively under 100℃, pH1.0 treatment for 20min, which shows anthothyanin from Platycodon have a higher stability than the other 3 samples. The results show that the anthothyanin from the 4 species could be developed as potential additives in food industry.

As far as the Cd contents in kernels was concerned, there was lower in Lement than in F6-138-1, which consistented with my previous selected result: Lement was Cd-tolerant, while F6-138-1 was Cd-sensitive, thus it verifies the previous selective method. The result also showed that Cd tolerance was associated with absorbing less Cd or conveying a lower Cd to the upper parts.

The hardware was composed of 3 parts: a PC computer that can access to internet, a RS-485 bus cable as a middle bridge connecting both the PC and digital sensors, all of which formed a field monitoring system for greenhouse environment information. The result showed not only the real-time greenhouse environment data could be acquired and browsed in a remote site, but system parameters could be edited and set up through accessing to the internet. In addition, this system was not only available to realize data acquisition and management for a greenhouse, but could be easily adopted to other agricultural field as also from other remote places.
