Abstract: The endophytic and epiphytic bacterial strains were isolated from inner and surface of tobacco leaves. Which have obvious antagonism against the pathogen of tobacco diseases at greenhouse. After seed bacterization, they were assessed for their growth-promoting effects on tobacco seedling by the way of soil culture, and plain water as blank check. The results indicated that the fresh weight, amounts of leaves and length, width of leaves showed significant differences as blank check by treatment with endophytic bacterium Itb225 and epiphytic bacterium Ata28.
