Abstract: Hebei province is important rice production base of North China, the rice planting area is about 150 thousands hm2. In recent years, under the influence of good-quality rice market requirement, area that rice of high quality plant increase quickly, and add up to 170 thousands hm2 presently, the good-quality rice production is developed quickly. But according to analyze status of good-quality rice production, we find there are many problems about single varieties, character of limitation, improper technique of plant, scarce trademark-mind and no deep production, and so on. So we must extend varieties and introduce into it, strengthen base building, improve plant technology, enhance machining level, form trademark superiority, fast develop industry of the good-quality rice.
