Abstract: Researched influence of SPNE (Special plant nutritional element) to rice third generation with varied way. The results have shown that germinate rate of seed, weight of seedling, content of chlorophyl and Protein of seedling those were treated by SPEN for three generation exceed all. Two generations were treated by SPNE exceed one generation. Only was treated by SPEN at first generation still exceed CK of three generation. Proved Yu Suqin’s research again that SPEN can prompt active genes passing and stronger by generations.
