Gene silencing and the countermeasures

Abstract: Gene silencing is the main factor of transgene inactivity。There are two kinds of gene silencing，tran-scriptional gene silencing and post-transcriptional gene silencing．In order to avoid gene silencing and improve transgene expression level，we should decrease methylation、aviod homogeneity and repeat sequences and use matrix attachment regions。
