Abstract: The article discusses the latest results and research progress on the tissue culture of Amorphophallus conjac，which is based on the results of plant tissue culture in this field．It analyses the main problems of the current study on tissue culture of Amorphophallus conjac，such as the browning of media and vitrification.It also analyses the reason and factors, and put forward how to prevent these problems.It will benefit for further research on proliferation and serve for production practice．
