Abstract: The stem and leaves anatomical structure of four Euonymus fortunei by using wax-slides. Find that the cross section appears of stem and leaves of four Euonymus fortunei show similar structure, but dissimilar Parameters of tissue. We had a analysis by variance analysis and multiple comparison to there structure parameters, the result indicate that the drought resistance of E. fortunei ‘Kuanban’ was the strongest stand for the four index of drought-resistant including thickness of stem cuticle、Thickness of the upper cuticle of leaves、thickness of leaves and thickness of palisade tissue of leaves, and E. fortunei ‘Emerald’n ‘Gold’ was the weakest in these four index of drought resistance. At the same time , elicited that the cuticle thickness outside of the stems and leaves epidermis cell, thickness of leaves and the manner of palisade tissue cell arrangement have correlation with Euonymus fortunei drought-resistant. The drought-resistant ability of four Euonymus fortunei was as follows: E. fortunei ‘Kuanban’﹥E. fortunei ‘Hongmai’﹥E. fortunei ‘Coloratus’﹥E. fortunei ‘Emerald’n ‘Gold’.
