Abstract: Experiments were conducted with leaves collected from the commercially important Jujube variety Junzao for study of the facts which affected the optimum medium for inducing adventitious buds。The result showed that the regeneration of stem was easier than it from leave and the optimum medium for leave regeneration was 1/2MS（half macroelement）+TDZ 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L。The regeneration rating of the adventitious buds from the top leaves was highest。
