In order to develop synthetic utilities of Qinchuan Cattle product，cattle heart muscle cytochrome C extraction technology condition was studied. Cytochrome C was extracted from cattle heart muscle through acid liquid, Permuted adsorption, ammonium sulfate salting out, TCA Precipitating and dialysis. The results obtained show that preparation cytochrome C is normal and determination average absorbing rate is 146.3mg/kg，Adopt technology to extract cytochrome C is practicable way.
