    The Study of Increase Production Domino-offect in the Condition of Using Corrupted Chicken-dejecta together with N,P and K

    The domino offect of increasing production that use corrupted chicken-dejecta together with N,P and K is distinctly. The yield among different treatments manifested that: MNPK>MNK>NPK>MN>NP>N>CK. The main measure to enhance wheat yield is using fertilize ,And the nutrition of N is at the dominant status. The reason why chicken-dejecta can improve wheat yield is that they take along with some nutrition elements include N,P and K. There are apparent positive mutual domino offects among chicken-deject,N,P and K. Using chicken dejecta together with N,P,K could increase wheat yield and income notability

    The sterile lines with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm (shortened:K-type) and their corresponding preserve lines, restoring lines and hybrids were used in this paper to study the difference in seed germination and seedling emergence between Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm and T.aestivum cytoplasm. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two cytoplasm in seed germination and seedling emergence of 3cm planting depth, but that it was different with different nuclear background in seedling emergence of 6cm planting depth —which of the sterile line Yumai No. 3 and its hybrid was a little higher, and which of the sterile line S43 and its hybrid was significantly lower.

    Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) fall into the category of halogenated aromatic compounds (HACs) or dioxin-like compounds (DLCs) and are highly lipophilic environmental contaminants. Metabolism of DLCs generally involves monooxygenase enzymes of the CYP 1A family in which CYP 1A2 specifically exists in hepatocytes and is mainly responsible for much more toxic reactions of xenobiotics. In this work, we have examined the role of numerous PCBs as inhibitors of the demethylation of 7-methoxyresorufin, a process that is selectively catalyzed by CYP1A2. 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorobenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD), 3,3’,4,4’-tetrachlorobiphenyl (PCB 77) and 3,3’,4,4’,5-pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB 126) were found to be the strongest inhibitors of methoxyresorufin-O-demethylase (MROD) activity, thus accounting for the high ability of hepatic tissue to selectively sequester these compounds.

    The factors affecting the conception rate of embryos transferred from Boer Goats and their active mechanisms are discussed in this review.The disease ,low quality of embryo, semen contamination,breeding out of time, low quality of recipient, not synchronous estrus between donor and recipient,antiquated preserve to embryo, hereditary unsoundness,accidental injury by medicament,vaccination,feeding and management to depart from science,immunological reaction and multiple embryo in uterus are the more important factors.

    Sixteen Boer bucks were randomly divided into four groups in equal number and treated for the ration containing dilludine (50mg?d-1?h-1),VE(15mg?d-1?h-1)and mixture of dilludine and VE,to evaluate their effect on semen vitality from the Boer bucks.The results showed that dilludine and mixture of dilludine and VE significantly promoted the semen vitality of those bucks.

    Results of pot experiment and greenhouse experiment showed that chicken waste reduced the number of root knot and promote growth of Vegetabie significantly; That chicken waste inhibited the hatching of nematode eggs effectively and the best inhibiting rate of 99.3% was achieved at the concentration of 8g chicken waste per 200 waster .The increase of the amount of chicken waste and the period of treatment could, lead to more casualty of larvae.

    Livestock policy determinates development trends of livestock production in China, Although much emphasis has been put on production structure reform in recent year, pig production still be an important industry in China. Since 2/3 of pigs was produced by households,the policy should play a key role to guide and encourage householders production towards intensive production. After analysis of survey datum collected from the households of Shandong and Sichuan provinces, the utility function of livestock policy to pig householders production is evaluated.

    Study on RAPD Markers of Cashmere Yield and Body Weight of Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goat

    12 random primers were used to pre-amplify genome DNA of 27 inner Mongolian Cashmere goat, and 4 primers which producing better polymorphic DNA were selected on RAPD analysis. 51markers including 47 variable markers were observed in this study. The polymorphic frequency was 0.84 and the length of amplified fragments among176~2940bp. Studies of relationship between RAPD markers and cashmere yield and body weight of Inner Mongolian cashmere goat showed that: ABCFHO of CY0816 and INR of F09 were superior combined types on cashmere yield; GIJOPQR of CY0816was superior combined type on body weight.

    The extenders and the cryoprotectant contents of frozen semen pellets were studied using the plate in boar. The results showed that the number 7 was the best extender (p<0.05)in seven groups, and the best cryoprotectant was glycerol (p<0.01).When the glycerol content was 2 percent (p<0.05),the sperm motility of frozen semen pellets was best in all treatment groups.The method of dry thawn of frozen semen pellets was better than that of wet thawn(p<0.05); the sperm motility was 0.46-0.49 after the frozen semen pellet was thawed at 40 to 45 ℃. supplyment in the extender could increase the thawn sperm survival time and motility effectively(p<0.01).

    Techniques for in vitro production (IVP) of buffalo embryos adopting the procedures developed in cattle have received increasing interest in the recent times. A high oocyte maturation, fertilization and cleavage rate and a low rate of blastocyst yield and calving following transfer of in vitro produced buffalo embryos have been obtained. The efficiency of IVP in buffalo is much lower than that in cattle. Several problems need to be resolved before IVP technology can be used regularly in buffalo breeding. This review attempts to present an overview of the different techniques used in buffalo to produce transferable embryos in vitro, namely in vitro maturation and fertilization of immature oocytes and in vitro development of the resulting cleaved embryos to the blastocyst stage before transfer. The problems associated with IVP and the possible solutions discussed.

    The research on the relations between the duck number per unit area which were put in middle and high-fields, the factors for yield composition and the occurrence of plant diseases, insect pests and weeds was conducted through putting different numbers of duck in the fields. The yield composition and the occurrence of plant diseases, insect pests and weeds were analyzed and the theory basis for extension of rice-duck intergrowth technique is provided.
    The Primitive Study of Inducing Postnatal Dairy Cattle’s Heating and Breeding by Colostrum

    In this experiment,author applied the postnatal colostrums of 1 hour ,24 hour and tris~hormone to induce the estrus or breeding for the postnatal high~yield dairy cattle。The postnatal high~yield dairy cattle was treated by the postnatal colostrums of 1 hour and 24 hour,the heating rate was 90.00% and 35% respectively. And after breeding,the conception rate separately was 38.75% and 41.67%. This results showed that the postnatal high~yield dairy cattle was treated by the postnatal colostrums of 1 hour , the heating rate was higher than that of colostrums of 24 hour (P<0.05). The difference was not remarkable (P>0.05) between the postnatal colostrums of 1 hour and 24 hour for the conception rate. To the heating rate and conception rate, the effects of the postnatal colostrums of 1 hour was same as that of the tris~hormone(P>0.05).

    When mouse 2~8Cell stage embryo blastomeres used as nuclear donor, and rabbitoocytes 15h、17h past hCG used as cytoplasma recipient , the proper fuse and activation parameter of hybrid embryos were two DC pluse of μs 10 min interval in 0.3 mol/L manitol solution contain Ca2+、Mg2+. The fuse rate of moude blastomeres from 2 or 4—Cell Stage embryos and enucleated rabbit oocytes were higher thawn those from 8—Cell stage embryos (83%,80%vs.62.5%) ,the morulae and blastocysts yate were no significantly difference, Co—culture with somatic cell and Taurine could significantly improve the developmental awbility of mouse-rabbit nucleo-cytoplawsmic hybrid embryos .
    The Measure of GH and INS and Analysis of Body Measurement and Weight of Qinchuan Cattle

    select 14 QinChuan cattles at random (1.5 year old female and male cattle 4 respectively; 2.0 year old female and male cattle 3 respectively). According to sex, we divide them into two groups. Then we measure their body length, height at wither, breast depth, breast circumstance, hip with and weight, and analysis them. The results show: At 1.5 years old, the hormone level of GH and INS appear difference unremarkably (p>0.05). At 2.0 years old, the hormone level of GH and INS appear difference remarkably (p<0.05). And with the age growing, the GH level appear to descend while INS level appear to ascend. INS and GH level present negative correlation clearly (p>0.05). Analyzing the body composition index, we discovery at 2.0 year old QinChuan Cattle’ breast circumstance is wider , hip grows clearly, body growth rate is relatively slow. But growth rate of muscle is relatively quick. It correspond with the meat cattle growth rules and middle maturity or late maturity characters of Qinchuan Cattle. Comparing the actual weight with partition standard of economic performance, we discovery Qinchuan Catttle still belongs to beef and farm breed. But with present selecting and cultivating present years, Qinchuan Cattle’s weight add greatly.
