This article analyzed the effect factors on pregnant rate in ET of Beor Goat. The study shows that: It is better that the different time of estrus synchronization of donor and recipient would be in ±24h, especially in –12h would be the best. The best season of ET is in September to October. The development stage of embryo can affect the effect of transfer. The transfer rate can reach 80% in stage of blastocyst. The best number of transfer embryo is two. And the effect of ET in recipient of good maternity is better than that of bad recipient breed .The better feeding and management can improve the effect of ET.
