Using RAPD-PCR molecular technique, the DNA fingerprinting of Cabbage Xiyuan No.4 and its parents were analyzed. In this study, 1 random primer as characteristic primer was screened to identify Xiyuan No.4 and its parents. The DNA fingerprinting of Cabbage Xiyuan No.4 was constructed and could be used in seed inspection, test and supervising in hybrid seed produce.
