Effect of Microwave on the Extraction of Soybean Oligosaccharides

Abstract: The effect of microwave on the extraction of soybean oligosaccharides was researched. The results showed that the content of soybean oligosaccharides in solution increased with treatment of 500W microwave for 30min, the salts in extraction of soybean oligosaccharides could be easily removed by ion exchange resin method，which indicated microwave could improve process of soybean oligosaccharides.
