Abstract: In order to study the genetic model of phosphorus concentrations for the different organs in common wheat, the random blocks experiment in 2 environments for a set of diallel cross 8 parents was made. The results showed that the total phosphorus concentrations of grain，leaf and stem fitted additive—dominance—epistasis model in normal and Intimidate environments; dominance genes were increase effect for the total phosphorus concentrations of grain and leaf in normal environment; dominance genes were decrease effect for the total phosphorus concentrations of stem in normal environment and grain, leaf and stem in Intimidate environment. Offspring selecting and the parents selection to cross were discussed, according to the genetic models and gene distribution in parents.
