Abstract: There were four strains (ED013, ED014, ED015 and ED018) isolated from dry leave of Eucalypts that could antagonize to Neurospora sitophila. After growing on the martin`s plates, their inhibition zones followed by ED018, ED013, ED015, ED014 were 26.2mm, 24.1mm, 23.8mm, 19.0mm respectively, and there was no significant difference among them, but all of them had significant difference with N-(benzimidazolyl-2)methyl carbamate. The ED018 could inhibit the spore germination of N. sitophila and the mycelial growth on the cotton shell media. In another way it didn’t work to the growth of most of common edible fungus expect Volvariella vovacen, and it did to Aspergillus niger but most of common fungus causing contamination. 4 strains all were identified as Bacillus.
