Abstract:

Based on the advantages of native plant populations and their application status, the urban greening construction should be improved according to different ecological service functions of the city. Taking Handan City of Hebei Province as an example, the systematic sampling method was used to investigate the native plants in the Taihang Mountains, and the binary indicator species analysis method (TWINSPAN) was used to classify the community structure and plant functional traits. According to the life forms, ornamental characteristics and functional uses of native plants, the landscape design mode of native plants was studied. We identified nature-based solutions and combined urban ecological service functions, to meet the needs of serving green infrastructure and ecological garden construction. We took Erhu Ecological Park as a demonstration park, and chose four urban landscapes to propose different planting modes for centralized demonstration. Through the construction of a variety of natural landscape planting modes, the purpose of restoring human-damaged natural environment and improving urban green infrastructure can be achieved, thereby effectively promoting the sustainable development of ecological cities in China, and providing ideas for urban landscape construction.
