Abstract: Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the characters of longan juice in 17 Guangxi varieties. The results showed that comprehensive evaluation could not be made according to the individual characters of fruit qualities or juice, because one of the characters ranks in the good place, it doesn’t mean the others also rank in good place. The general processing characters of three varieties, Chezhan, Chi Bailu and Da Wuyuan (Rongxian), were run the first three respectively, and have the potential for further research.
