Abstract: The full industrialization and sufficient urban employment capacity which would absorb all the surplus labor force in rural areas is necessary and adequate for the Village "Ending". China's industrialization and urbanization did not and could not reproduce the primitive accumulation of capital as industrialized countries did for history. It is impossible to reproduce the first industrialized countries historical process of evolution of the industrial structure. Non-agricultural employment pressure and the grim reality of the frequent movement of peasant workers between urban and rural indicates that China's industrialization and urbanization can never absorbs tremendous rural population. It is clear that the future of China's villages can not "ending." Thus correcting "Center City Theory" from theoretically angel is necessary for the practice of building new socialist rural areas and rural urbanization.
