Content Analysis of Amino Acid Among Early Rice

Abstract: Content and compositions of amino acid among 8 early rice varieties were analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the content of each kind of amino acid was similar with the tested varieties. The content of Glu in the tested varieties was not only largest, but also the difference of content of Ser was notable between Guyou 150 and other tested varieties. In the meanwhile, the difference of content of Leu was notable between You I316 and other tested varieties. The difference was not notable between Lys and Thr among all tested varieties. The content of each kind of amino acid was not much different among 8 tested varieties.
