Abstract: This paper dwells on the necessity of upgrading the competitive capacity of the superior agricultural Produce of the South Subtropical Region of Fujian and how to achieve it by optimizing the regional layout,ensuring quality safety,staengthening technical innovation,and enlarging produce circulation.
