Abstract: Salicylic acid is a necessary endogenetic signal molecule of systemic acquired resistance (SAR) in plant. It has very important effect in mediating signal transduction of SAR. This has been substantiated in tobacco, cucumber and Arabidopsis et al. Salicylic acid-binding-proteins (SABP) have similar activity with catalase. Coalesce of SABP and SA can restrain the activity of catalase, make the content of hydrogen peroxide solution hoist, and accelerate the occurrence of SAR. Nonexpressor of pathogenesis-related genes 1(NPR1) is a key regulation gene in the signal transduction of SAR.
