Abstract: Positive List System for agricultural chemical residues in foods was implemented on May 29, 2006 which is undoubtedly bringing considerable effects on Chinese food and agricultural products exported to Japan. Last contents, current regulations, progress of the activity, suggestions and measures against the list system was introduced and discussed in the paper.
