Abstract: Along with the development of tourism, the negative influence of it to the eco-environment is increasingly serious. In order to protect the unceasing degraded eco-system, we must make sure that the tourists recognize the ecological rights they can enjoy and the ecological obligation they must perform when they enjoy what the nature gives them. After clarifying the concept of ecological rights and ecological obligation, ecological rights and ecological obligation of the tourists were expounded concretely and the effective steps to guarantee the ecological rights they can enjoy and the ecological obligation they should fulfill were summarized. Because there are no optionally dominant rights and no obligation which is divorced from rights, so ecological rights and ecological obligation is a complete unit or entity which supplements and restricts each other.
