Abstract: Plant stem elongation is regulated and controlled by a lot of exogenous and endogenous factors. One of endogenous factors is plant hormonal, for example gibberellin (GA), auxin et al, which is important to promoted stem elongation. Plant stem elongation is dominated not only by the level of hormonal but also by hormonal interactions. Surveys and advances in research on hormonal interactions were summarized in this paper, for example, auxin (Indole-3-acetic acid, IAA) and GA, auxin and brassinosteroid (BR), GA and BR, auxin and ethylene (ETH), in the control of plant stem elongation.
