Abstract: The study is earlier stage job for integrated land-use planning and cropland holded-replenish balance in Henan province. Through Mapinfo and VBA building the dbase and model of land development and consolidation potential.This paper studies to build the dbase of area land tenure,geography and farmer income,and measures the potential of farmland consolidation,rural settlement redjustment,land development and land reclamation,and evaluates the potential of land development consolidation from GIS,and analyse the division standard of. emphasis area and major project.Last,this paper divides the 10 potential zoning of land development consolidation in Henan province,and defines the emphasis area of farmland consolidation,rural settlement redjustment,land development and land reclamation,and defines the 5 major project of land development consolidation in Henan province.
