There is only one way to increase the income of the peasants, that is, decrease the population of the peasants. Therefore, the key to solve the problem of Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasants in China is decrease the population of the peasants tremendously. To reach that goal, we have to achieve the strategy of urbanization. To solve the problem of Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasants completely, decrease the population of the peasants, accelerate the transfer speed of the agriculture population from rural areas to cities, and push on the urbanization progress in China, three preparations are needed: the first one is the preparation of abundant software and hardware for cities; the second one is the preparation of good-education and technical ability trainings for peasants; the third one is the preparation of the relative policy guarantee systems.
