Abstract: With the power system constructing in Shanxi Province, the environment of the whole district is turning for the worse. In some parts it even leads to soil erosion. According to researching on the impact of the projects construction for environment and the characteristic of soil erosion in Ruiguang heat-engine plant of Shanxi, put forward appropriate measures for soil erosion, such as construction protection and vegetation restoration, from industrial area, residential district, transport road, coal ash yard and waterpipes. It avoids soil erosion from the projects construction effectively, improves environment at the same time, in order to supply reference for the same kind projects in Shanxi Province and build harmonious society.
