Abstract: The quality of periodicals on agricultural science and technology was determined by quality of an editor. Selfcultivation and improvement of ability of an editor in new situation were narrated according to author’s experiences working on periodicals on agricultural science and technology. As an editor, he should build up concept to learn for life and change experiences with coworkers.
