Abstract: Breeding techniques of transgenic Insect-resistant is the effective way on pest control. The research were trended in selecting and evaluation of the 29 clones of transgenic triploid Chinese white popular to insect pest. The larvae were fed with the leaves of transgenic triploid Chinese white popular clones in laboratory, and statistics the death index and mortality of the larvae. DPS statistic software is used to analyzed of the two years data of death index and mortality of the larvae, and the 29 clones of transgenic triploid Chinese white popular were divided into three categories. The Clones 1、17、41、21、7、8、27、6 and 11 were belong to the higher insect-resistance, the larvae mortality were all higher than 85%. The Clones 5、33、32、29、22 and 38 were belong to the middle insect-resistance, and the larvae mortality were between 60% and 79%. The Clones 26、39、31、30、16 and 36 were belong to lower insect-resistance, the larvae mortality were all lower than 60%.
