  Study on Progenitive Technology of Test-tube Micro- bulbodium of Amorphophallus konjac Gu Yucheng, Wu Jinping,, Song Zhihong, Xiang Fayun, Zeng Xiangguo, Hu Zhongli 2007, 23 (9):  0-0.  Abstract + ( 1650 )   The question of the low propagation coefficient in the production of Amorphophallus at present, the research may use in the large scale production induction technology for test-tube micro-bulbodium. This experiment cut to the seedling for callus differentiation through three different methods, separately setting in the different hormone allocated proportion four kind of culture medium. Results showed that callus was induced and differentiated in media consisted of MS+ 6-BA2.0 mg/L +NAA0.5 mg/L + 6% sucrose and MS+ 6-BA0.8mg/L +NAA0.5 mg/L + 6% sucrose. 1/2MS+ NAA0.08 mg/L + 6% sucrose and 1/2MS+ IBA0.8 mg/L + 6% sucrose were fit for the base of the stem with some callus for rooting, and 1/2MS+ NAA0.08 mg/L + 6% sucrose was suitable for the base of the stem with little callus to induce micro-bulbodium, breaking from the base of stem , there is the bud spot as the micro-bulbodium. It was discovered that the formation of test-tube Micro- bulbodium not only with the culture medium composition related, but also with the way of cutting for the seedling base

  Research on Diagnose by Experiment and Integrate Control on Swines’ PRRS and Secondary Infection Research on Diagnose by Experiment and Integrate Control on Swines’ PRRS and Secondary Infection 2007, 23 (9):  0-0.  Abstract + ( 1350 )   PDF ( 196368KB )   ( 680 ) Etiological agents of twenty swine cases infected by PRRSV doubtfully, which characteristic are high fever, are detected by PCR, bacterial culture, microscopic examination on blood smear in the paper. Then the means of integrated control on the disease are produced according to origins of the disease. The experiments shows masculine rate of PRRSV, PCV-2, PRV, CSFV is 100%, 40%, 40%, 10% respectively and that of Eperythrozoonsis is 90%. SI and APP are negative. A small quantity cases are also infected by few bacteria. The result indicates that high pathogenicity PRRS are taken place in our city. The sick swines are also secondary infected by other pathogens in different degree. The kinds of pathogens are 3 to 5 commonly. The diversification of pathogens leads to complication of pathogenetic condition, so that the degree of difficulty about diagnosis and cure rises. So the means of integrated control on the disease shall be adopted properly

  Isolation and Identification of Porcine circovirus Henan Strain Wang Huijie, Qiao Hongxing 2007, 23 (9):  0-0.  Abstract + ( 1170 )   PDF ( 208766KB )   ( 583 ) The objective of the prensent study was to reserch molecular biology and nosogenesis of porcine circovirus, isolate porcine circovirus from pigs and then identify these strains by specific PCR assay. In this experiment spleen and lymph of swine were treated with trypsinase, then inoculated on pk-15 cells line and adapted tocell lines.540 bp gene of ORF2 segment was applified by PCR technology from pk-15 cell. characteristic PCV fluorescence was discovered in fluorescence microscope by IFA( indrect fluorescent antibody )technique, it was showed that strain was infectious. Purified virus was observed by Electron microscopic，we finded the average size of the isolated virus was 70~80 nm，rotundity ,without viral envelope. The result showed that isolated virus was porcine circovirus.

Tolerance of crops to drought are quantitatively inherited, the discovery of quantitative trait locus (QTL) plays a central role in their improvement through molecular marker-assisted selection. This paper comprehensively describes the recent progress in the identification of drought-related genes and their related functional genomics. The trends in the research of drought tolerance of crops are discussed in this review.

  Study of the Effect of Pb on Earthworm Eisenia foetida Li Xuming, Li Fuyan, Guo Bin, Chen Liuyan, Zhang Liming, Qi Zhiping 2007, 23 (9):  1-1.  Abstract + ( 1448 )   PDF ( 433095KB )   ( 548 ) With the different culture mediums (liquid, sand, soil and cow dung), acute toxicity of Pb on earthworm (Eisenia foetida) was investigated in this paper. Studied the endurance of earthworm on Pb and the effect of various Pb forms on earthworm. The research results as follow: It was very different for the earthworms to the concentration of causing die. Pb concentration of half causing die(LD50) in liquid, sand, soil and cow dung were 354.41 mg/kg,360.95 mg/kg,1228.02 mg/kg and 3894.62 mg/kg, respectively. The earthworm had a good endurance to Pb in cow dung. It still could survive when the concentration t of Pb reached 15,000 mg/kg. The pollution of Pb in soils would restrain the earthworm recovery and growth rate, after 60d culture, especially in the concentration of 400 mg/kg and 444 mg/kg ,the earthworm，s recovery and growth rate were 0.6403 and -0.4358. The order were carbonate bound Pb> exchangeable Pb > organically bound Pb > MnO2-bound Pb > crystalline iron oxide bound Pb> amorphous iron oxide bound Pb > residual Pb

  Research on Potential Grassland Productivity in Agriculture and Pasturage Interlaced Zone of Northern Shanxi Meng Qingxiang, Yan Yanwei, Chang Qingrui, Xiong Guangcheng 2007, 23 (9):  1-1.  Abstract + ( 1452 )   PDF ( 112462KB )   ( 453 ) Based on environmental characteristics and the requirement and use efficiency of heat and water resources by grass in their developing process，this paper estimates the potential grassland productivity in quantities by using Miami Model of seven counties in agriculture and pasturage interlaced zone of northern shaanxi. We compare it with grassland actual productivity. It is surveyed that in this region the grassland actual productivity is 30.80% of the potential grassland productivity. At the same time, this paper grasps the status and character of grassland productivity basically, hereby describes the exploitive stratagem and guiding suggestions of improving the grassland productivity.

  Study on Determination Methods of Alnus formosana Pollen Viability Wang Xujun, Wu Jiyou , Cheng Yong, Liao Dezhi 2007, 23 (9):  1-1.  Abstract + ( 1414 )   【OBJECTIVE】In order to study the suitable media components, temperture of Alnus formosana pollen, and the fast detetminination method of its pollen viability.【METHOD】With Fresh pollen of Alnus formosana as the experimental material, In vitro culture and 3 staining tests(TTC staining, I2-KI staining and peroxidase settling process) were conducted to determine the pollen viability.【RESULTS】The optimum culture solution was sucrose 10g/L+H3BO3 10mg/L.Peroxidase settling process was the optimum staining for the fast determination of Alnus formosana pollen viability. 【CONCLUSION】Sucrose and H3BO3 were essential for pollen germination of Alnus formosana.

  Advances in Studies on Sulfite Oxidase in Higher Plants Xia Zongliang, Wang Yongxia, Zhang Xuecai, Ding Junqiang, Wu Jianyu 2007, 23 (9):  2-2.  Abstract + ( 1613 )   Sulfite oxidase (SO), as the fourth member of the molybdenum enzymes, plays important roles in diverse biochemical and physiological processes such as sulfur metabolism in mammals and plants. In this paper, the latest knowledge on structure, biochemical properties and biological function of sulfite oxidase in higher plants is reviewed. In addition, the potential application of SO-engineering plants in improving tolerance to environmental pollutes, such as SO2 gas and acid rain, is also discussed.

  Effect of Additives on the Quality of Water Hyacinth Silage Zhuang Yifen, Zhang Wenchang, Zhang Li, Chen Xinzhu, Yao DeMing 2007, 23 (9):  2-2.  Abstract + ( 1515 )   PDF ( 117500KB )   ( 548 ) This experiment is to study effects of different additives, in which the water hyacinth were ensiled by adding additives as following fermented green juice (FGJ), sucrose (SUC), formic acid (FA), foraform (FOR), fermented green juice plus sucrose (MIX) and without additives (control). Each treatment was two repeats. Ensilages were stored in incubators at 30℃, and ensilaged for 40 days, then measured the fermentation quality and chemical composition of silage. All the additives reduce the pH value, ammoniacal nitrogen and neutral detergent fiber of silage（P<0.01，P<0.05）. All the additives except FOR enhanced dry matter rate of silage while reduced moisture content and acid detergent fiber of silage（P<0.01，P<0.05）. And gas loss rate were reduced by all the additives except sucrose（P<0.01）. Besides, all the additives except fermented green juice increased water-soluble carbohydrate（P<0.01）. Results showed that all of the five additives could improve the quality of water hyacinth silages, and the MIX is the best.

  Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of the Short Carnation Huang Donghua,Zhou Qun, Tao Xiuhua,Song Xiaomin, Li Baoguang, Ni guoping 2007, 23 (9):  3-3.  Abstract + ( 1460 )   The short Carnation (code number is SJ-3) is a fine variety witch was cultivated by hybridization of the Carnation and the Japanese dianthus. The variety has some characters of dwarf, double petals, no seed and cannot carry out sex-reproduction. Accordingly, the speed propagation experiment was conducted to study by tissue culture technology.The tissue culture of stem point section from short Carnation was studied. The results showed:(1)The suitable medium for induction culture and multiplication of the short Carnation was MS+6-BA 0.2mg/L+KT0.1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+CCC5ml/L;(2)The suitable rooting medium was improved MS+ NAA0.5 mg/L +IBA0.5 mg/L, with rooting rate 86.6%.(3)Under the same level condition, the effect to overcome the short Carnation ventilation was obvious when uses the seal membrane. (4)The root－developed plantlets transplanted in the substrate mixed with perlite sand and peat (volume ratio of 1:1:1),the survival rate reaches above 93%.The survival rate of transplant was the highest by rooting outside the bottle and abbreviated the propagation periods of test tube seedling.

  Cloning and Sequencing Analysis of ORF2 Gene of Porcine Circovirus 1 Jin Yufen, Hao Guizeng, He Hongxuan 2007, 23 (9):  3-3.  Abstract + ( 1389 )   PDF ( 790522KB )   ( 674 ) The ORF2 genome was amplified from PK-15 cells and tissues of piglets suffered from PMWS respectively using the primers designed according to the OFR2 sequence published in Genbank. Then the resultant PCR products were cloned into pMD18-T vector. The nucleotide sequence data of PCV1-ORF2 gene was analyzed by comparing with that of other PCV1-ORF2 and PCV2-ORF2 gene sequences. The results indicated that the nucleotide homology of ORF2 gene cloned from PK-15 cells and pig tissues was 99.4%, the homology of all selected PCV1-ORF2 genes was 97.3%~99.9%, and the homology of PCV1-ORF2 and PCV2-ORF2 was 67.9%~68.4%. Meanwhile, several conserved founctional domains were discovered in PCV1-ORF2 gene, and the forecast of antigenicity indicated the protein translated by PCV1-ORF2 gene having well immunogenicity.

  Separation and Primary Antigenicity Identification of Flagellin from Salmonella Anatum Xu Yaohui, Qiao Hongxing, Zang Jincan, Li Cuiping, Lu Jianzhou 2007, 23 (9):  3-3.  Abstract + ( 1413 )   PDF ( 281884KB )   ( 502 ) 【Objective】To separate and identify the flagellin from Salmonella anatum.【Method】Salmonella anatum was induced with semisolid medium for flagellin, and cultured with M broth, then obtained by centrifuging. The flagellin was separated by acid-splitting and differential centrifugation, ammonium sulate precipitationi. The obtained flagellin was evaluated by sodiummdodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), phosphotungstic acid negative staining and electron microscopy. Antigencity of flagellin was detected by direct ELISA. 【Results】SDS-PAGE showed that the purified flagellin protein molecular weight was 58KD; the protein possessed good antigencity and 1000 milliliters of culture produced 32.8mg flagellin.【Conclusion】The flagellin with good antigencity from Salmonella anatum can be obtained by acid-splitting. The purified flagellin may lay the foundation for developping methods for avian paratyphoid diagnosis.

  Studies on the Seed Propagation Technology of Ornamental Palmae Chen Zhang 2007, 23 (9):  4-4.  Abstract + ( 1910 )   To grasp the key technology of seed propagation of ornamental Palmae to establish an efficient system for seed breeding, comparative study of some ornamental Palmae adopted seed storage time, planting matrix, planting methods and transplanting period of seedlings on seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that the appropriate storage time of Palm seed depend on the origin region, seed germination rate of Livistonea chinensis and Rhapis excelsa after harvesting the seeds without storage or short-term storage collected from the Singapore was significantly higher than those collected from the seeds of Fujian, and the germination rate of sand mixed with the wet storage for a period of time collected from Fujian was significantly higher than that collected from the seeds of Singapore. Palm plants suitable for the propagation matrix was mixed matrix No.2 composed the five coconut husk, the three sand and the two peat and mixed matrix No.1 composed the five coconut husk and the five sand. Planting method of palm plants of Archontophoenix alexandrae and Dypsis lutescens used to seedbed breeding or nursery tray breeding, and planting method of Phoenix dactylifera used to nursery bags breeding. But regardless of seedbed breeding and nursery tray breeding, transplanting period of seedlings for one-leaf stage more appropriate, the later of transplanting period of seedlings, the lower the survival rate of seedlings.The results of this study revealed the several technical problems of planting breeding process for ornamental Palmae, provided the technical basis for the establishment of the seedlings technical specification for ornamental Palmae

  Dynamic Observation on the T Lymphocyte Subgroups of Piglets Infected with Isospora suis Wang Fang, Ning Changshen, Zhang Longxian, Jian Fuchun, Zhu Jingjing,Yao Lei, Zhang Min 2007, 23 (9):  4-4.  Abstract + ( 1417 )   PDF ( 286412KB )   ( 443 ) In order to reveal the dynamic changes of the T lymphocyte subgroups in piglets，nine six-day-old piglets were inoculated with Isospora suis sporulated occysts. CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ T cells were checked on before and post the day inoculation 1, 3, 6, 9, 11 (DPI), respectively. Results showed that the amounts of CD3+, CD4+ T cells increased on DPI 3 and then decreased, but the diversity was not significant (p>0.05); however, CD8＋ T cell raised on DPI 6 and reached peak value on DPI 9 (P<0.05). The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ began to descend on DPI 6, and came to the lowest point on DPI 11. Those indicated that the immunological functions of the piglets infected with I. suis were reinforced on DPI 3, however, which were suppressed after DPI 8 .

  Growth Analysis of Piglet at Lactation Period Zhang Huilin, Yan Feng, Liu Xiaolin, Dai Ye 2007, 23 (9):  4-4.  Abstract + ( 1427 )   PDF ( 112095KB )   ( 941 ) In order to study on the regular pattern of growth in piglet, the data were collected from 1871 Landrace piglets and 140 Large Yorkshire piglets in 1998-2002. The weight at birth, 20-day body weight and weight at weaning（60-day body weight）were determined in pig trial farm of Northwest A&F University. The growth rate and growth intensity such as cumulative growth, absolute growth, relative growth and growth coefficient at lactation period were calculated. The results shown that no significant difference (P>0.05) was in the weight at birth between Landrace and Large Yorkshire; the growth rate (absolute growth) and growth intensity (relative growth) of Landrace are all significant higher (P<0.05) than those of Large Yorkshire at 20-day and 60-day of age; the growth intensity (relative growth) of gilt are all significant higher (P<0.05) than those of little boar in same breed at 20-day and 60-day of age.

Among 31 species and 2 varieties collected, R.fanjingshanensis is the characteristic species, R.lasiostylus, R.playfairianus and R.pentagonus Wall. Ex Focke var modestus are the new distribution records species, R.trianthus, R.corchorifolius, R.ichangensis and R.caudifolius are the wide distribute species, R.lasiostylus, R. sumatranus, R.ichangensis and R.caudifolius are the worth of utilization species. The utilization potential of these plants in this nature preserve has been estimated too.

  Study on the Activity of Alkaline Phosphatase in Duck Embryos with Normal Incubation and Culture in Surrogate Eggshells Zhang Wenchang, Xu Guozheng, Zhuang Yifen, Jiang Xieying 2007, 23 (9):  6-6.  Abstract + ( 1478 )   PDF ( 114427KB )   ( 456 ) The effect of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) on calcium metabolism of duck embryo was studied in present experiment The activity of ALP in the bone and plasma and the specific activity in the bone of embryos was tested at the incubated day of 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 26th, 28th in the surrogate eggshell cultured group (treatment) and normal one (control). The result showed that the activity of ALP increased significantly from the day of 14th to the day of 28th (P<0.01) both in treatment and in control, but the activity was significantly higher in the former than the latter with the same cultured time (P<0.01). The specific activity in the bone of embryos was higher in treatment than in control after 22nd, like the variation of ALP activity. The result indicated that activity of ALP in the bone and plasma could elucidate the calcium metabolism of the embryos and showed that calcium deficiency was appeared in the later development period of embryo in the surrogate eggshell group.

  Biological Characteristics of Rehmannia Mosaic virus (ReMV) Hou Hongqin,, Zhang Zhenchen, Lei Caiyan, Chen Ran, Zhang Desheng 2007, 23 (9):  6-6.  Abstract + ( 1434 )   Rehmannia mosaic virus (ReMV) is probably a new species of Tobamovirus. The biological characteristics of ReMV were detected. The results revealed that the ReMV particle is rod-shaped and it could infect 10 plant species in 4 families. ReMV causes necrotic lesions on hosts such as Nicotiana glutinosa, Nicotiana rustica, Datura stramonium, Chenopodium quinoa, Chenopodium amaranticolor and Tetragonia expansa and causes systemic mosaic on hosts such as Nicotiana tabacum L, Nicotiana tobacum CV. K326, Lycoporsicon .esculentum and Brassica pekinensis. Its thermal inactivation point (TIP) ranges from 90℃ to 95℃, the dilution end point (DEP) is 10-5-10-6 and the longevity in vitro (LIV) was more than 60 days in 20-22℃.

  Preliminary Report on Copper Resistance of Pseudomonas fluorescens Modified with Yeast CUP1 Gene Jiang Bole,, Wu Shengjin,, He Yongqiang, 2007, 23 (9):  6-6.  Abstract + ( 1573 )   PDF ( 199865KB )   ( 547 ) Bioremediation with the microbe such as Pseudomonas fluorescens, a plant growth-promoting-rhizobacteria (PGPR), could be used to control heavy metal polluted soils. The copper-resistant gene CUP1 of bake yeast encodes copper metallothionein (Cu-MT) which possesses special affinity to copper ions. In this work, in order to improve the ability for bioremediation, the CUP1 gene was cloned into P. fluorescens. The SD sequence mediated by primer was added ahead of the CUP1 gene. The fragments of about 200 bp were amplified and cloned into the sequencing vector pUC19. After confirmed by sequencing, the fragments harboring CUP1 gene was gel-extracted and cloned into the wide-range-host cosmid pLAFR3, and then transformed into P. fluorescens AS1.1381 by tri-parents mating, generated the recombined strain AS1.1381/pL3CUP1. Copper resistance assay showed that the recombined strain AS1.1381/pL3CUP1 had higher copper resistance (6mM Cu2+) than the wide strain ASl.1381/pLAFR3 (4.5mM Cu2+).

  A Study of Methodology in Detecting the Number of Virulence-attenuated Salmonella Containing the pGMCSF-SS Plasmid Yao Yanfeng, Liang Aixin, Fu Ping, Han Li, Peng Rui, Li Degui, Jin Dingen, Mu Chunyu,Yang Liguo 2007, 23 (9):  7-7.  Abstract + ( 1404 )   PDF ( 258873KB )   ( 539 ) The virulence-attenuated salmonella containing the pGMCSF-SS plasmid was introduced in this experiment, which had been cultured for 13h ,in this time, the samples were got in the interval of 1h .After that, the OD600 was detected using UV Spectrophotometer,at the same time, the number of the live salmonella was received by plate count .According to these data, an mathematical model of linear regression was founded between the bacterial logarithm and bacterial turbidity, which was Y=1.5568x+7.0944 R2=0.9543. The correlativity had a significant difference︱r︱>r0.01. For further validating the stability of the equation, in the culturing time, the samples were obtained in random. By comparing Y obtained from the equation and plate count, there was no significant difference (p>0.05). The regressive model not only overcome the disadvantage of traditional counting method, but also be convenient to use.

  Extraction and Content Determination of Total Flavonoids of Cμltures of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Ge Shujun, Li Guangmin, Ma Zhiying, Wang Wenquan, An Jincui, Meng Yijiang 2007, 23 (9):  7-7.  Abstract + ( 1362 )   [objective] to optimize the extraction and determination method of the total flavonoids thus to screen the cell clones and plantlets with high contents, [method] the ultrasonic technique was used and several treatments were tried and screened, [result] the best condition was marinated 6 hours with 75% carbinol then ultrasonic extracted twice. And then the content was determined with colorimetry from cultures of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. The result showed the recovery rate was between 95.3% and 101.4% and the RSD was 1.61%. The total flavonoids of the initial calli was between 0.0012% and 0.05%, the improvement cotyledonary calli was up to 0.08%, the contents of the plantlets were between 1.04% and 1.31%, and after being transplanted was up to 4.5%. [conclusion] The rate of veracity of this method was high and this provided the determination of Glycyrrhiza cultures flavonoids products a feasible method, and those data offered a credible academic gist for authenticate of the experiment resource.

  The Relationships between Soluble Sugar Contents of Plant and Kernel and Dry Matter Accumulation in Different High Yielding Wheat Genotypes Su Zhengang, Yang Weibing, Tian Jichun, Song Guangzhi 2007, 23 (9):  7-7.  Abstract + ( 1521 )   With the purpose of studying the way of high yield in wheat breeding, the experiment has been conducted to the changes of soluble sugar contents in plant and kernel with the relationships of their dry matter accumulation in different high yielding wheat genotypes. Using the large-ear(01-35), middle-ear(62008,4133-2) and many-ear (02-48) wheat genotypes. The results showed that soluble sugar contents in plant and kernel are closely related with dry matter accumulation and totle accumulation weight. In the view of group situation, many-ear cultivar had the most plant dry matter accumulation and yield, middle-ear and large-ear cultivars in orders. The plant of large-ear cultivar during kernel filling stage maintained stronger translation of fertilizer matters，so 1000-kernel dry weight is the highest, the second one is many-ear cultivar and the last one is middle-ear cultivar. Adequatly coordinate the relationships of metabolic source, metabolic pool and metabolic stream, combine large-ear with many-ear genotypes and breeding better agriculty properties of vaities wheat. Therefore, we can successfully accomplish the goal of wheat breeding-high yield, high quality and high efficiency. By then, we can more efficiency to serve grain producing bace.

The nucleotide sequence data of PCV-2 ORF1 gene was analyzed by comparing with that of other PCV-2 ORF1 gene sequence. The results indicated that the nucleotide homology of all selected PCV-2 ORF2 genes was 97.3 %～100 %.Meanwhile, several conserved founctional domains were discovered in PCV-2 ORF1 gene and found the protein translated by PCV2-ORF1 gene having well immunogenicity.

  Detection of Procine Circovirus Type 2 by PCR Technique Wang Xianwen, Liu Xingyou, Liang Meilan, Zheng Yushu, Liu Liyan 2007, 23 (9):  8-8.  Abstract + ( 1425 )   PDF ( 205815KB )   ( 559 ) 【Objective】A polymerase chain reaction for detecting PCV2 was established；【Mothed】Based on the gene sequence of PCV2, a pair of primers was designed.viral DNA from the sick tissues suspious of inclouding PCV2 extracted with phenol/chloroform as template, PCR technique was used; the special test of PCR detection was taken with the Hog choleravirus,Pseudorabies virus and Swine Parvovirus virus as control;the repetitive test of PCR detection was also taken.【Result】A size of 702 bp was amplified by PCR，and the PCR production was sequenced, sequence analysis showed that the sequence belonged to the genome of PCV2; the Hog choleravirus,Swine Pseudorabies virus and Swine Parvovirus virus were also detected by the PCR as control under the same condation with negative results; some sick tissues were detected for 5 times with high repetitive results.【Conclusion】The method of PCR detection was a sensitive, specific and reliable method for detecting PCV2, the sensitivity of PCR detection for PCV2 was up to 2×10-5ng／ml DNA of positive cell virus infected PCV2.

The PCR products were ligated into the pMD-19T vector, and then transformed into competent cells of E. coli JM109.The sequence was analyzed to identify the recombinant plasmid. 【Results】Identity analysis showed that the intelectin nucleotide sequence shared 93.3%, 87.1% ,82.9% and 78.6% homology with that of bovine (predicted), porcine , human and rat. The predicted peptide contained a FBG motif. 【Conclusion】 The sheep intelectin-2 was successfully cloned and the sequence has been submitted to GenBank(Accession. EF624459).

The result indicated that, Spurting cobalt sulfate could remarkably (P < 0.05) increase the fresh grass yield of alfalfa and the leaf stem ratio (LS). The effect of the concentration of 300 mg/kg treatment is best, in compared to CK treatment, the fresh grass yield increased by 25%. Different levels of cobalt sulfate affect the nutrient content differently. The contents of crude protein (CP) and P was increased with the applied Co amount increased, while there was on significantly different on content of crude fiber (CF), nitrogen free extract (NFE), crude ash (CA), and the content of crude fat (CF) was decreased with the applied Co amount increased. When the Co concentration was 300 mg/kg, the yield of crude protein (CP), crude ash (CA), P, NFE was reach max., among the all of treatment, and significantly higher than that of CK treatment, the yield of crude fiber and Ca of treatment Co2 was reach max., but there were no significantly different to CK. and crude fat was Co1 treatment.

  The Effects of Human-caused Disturbance on the Sorts of Species and their Quantitative Characteristics of Evergreen Broad-leaf Forest in Jianou city of Fujian Province Zheng Yu, Zhu Jinmao, Zheng Huaizhou 2007, 23 (9):  9-9.  Abstract + ( 1237 )   【OBJECTIVE】Based on the investigation to conserved forest communities in Wanmulin Nature Reserve(C) and human-caused disturbed forest communities(D) in Jianou city, the effects of human-caused disturbance on the sorts of species and their quantitative characteristics of evergreen broad-leaf forest were analyzed; 【METHOD】The sorts, number, length, diameter at breast height, crown diameter and living form of species in each plot were recorded, and the importance values, frequency-density value and community dominance were analyzed; 【RESULTS】The sorts of species were increased in D; The evolution of C came to a relatively steady level whereas the D communities were evolving to the typically local vegetation types with more species; There are more shade species in C communities whereas there were more neutral and heliophilous plants in D communities; At the layer below 3m height, each species attained the same important value; The dominance index of C community was higher than that of D; 【CONCLUSION】The species diversity of communities could be maintained and even then increased by the combination of a certain degree of human-caused disturbance and mountain closure. The disturbed communities will evolve to the typically local vegetation types by mountain closure.

Taking the Fenjie land consolidation project as an example, we make the results that the integrated grade of this project is “basically success”. Social benefit has the best success degree, then the economical benefit, and the last is ecological benefit. Analyzing the problems in the project, we give some advice on the land consolidation project and ex post benefit evaluation to make a reference to the expost benefit evaluation in plain in Eastern China.

  Effects of Citrate and Malate on the Seed Germination and Memberane Permeability of Pakchoi Xing Suzhi, Wang Jianfei, Cai Dan 2007, 23 (9):  12-12.  Abstract + ( 1711 )   【OBJECTIVE】The effects of citrate and malate on the pakchoi seed germination, young buds growth and embryo cell membrane permeability. 【METHOD】The pakchoi seeds soaked with different concentration solution of citrate and malate were placed in culture dishes, then were to measure germination rate and other indexes. Embryo cell membrane permeability was determined using inductivity measurer.【RESULTS】(1) when citrate concentration was up to 64 mmol/L, or malate concentration to 32 mmol/L, the germination rate and index of pakchoi seed soaked in organic acids solution were notably lower than contrast. (2) When organic acids concentration were 128 mmol/L, the weight and length, stem length of pakchoi soaked citrate solution was 50%, 60.5% and 47.4% of contrast respectively. Correspondingly, the values soaked malate solution was 26.8%, 44.1%, 30.0% respectively. (3) The effects of organic acids on pakchoi seed memberane permeability were significant, and were stronger with increased of organic acids concentration. 【CONCLUSION】The two organic acids all inhibited the seed germination and young buds growth of pakchoi. Moreover, the inhibition of malate was stronger than of citrate at the same concentration.

  Screening of the High Quality and Disease Resisted Tobacco Germplasm Resources (Continue) Xu Meiling 2007, 23 (9):  14-14.  Abstract + ( 1460 )   This item was instituted to screen out more tobacco germplasm resistant to main diseases and high leaf quality for breeding to use. 11 flue-cured tobacco germplasm resources with good comprehensive characters has been screened out from 125 germplasm resources in the field test in 2004, and then tested their main resistant by inoculated in the field or in greenhouse, and comprehensive evaluation with the control of K326 in the field designed by 3 times and randomized plot in the next year. The result shown that there were the germplasm resources of Huqiandajiwei, Zhubuo No.1 resistance to TMV, and the germplasm resources of Cg7900454, 6251, Jinyan No.6, Gejaji, and Jiyin No.1 media resisted to TMV, and 3 resistance to other primary disease. And also screen out 7 germplasm resources with low nicotine within 1% to 2%. Jiyin No.1, Zhubuo No.1, 85-5006 have good economic trait and good leaf quality. Huqiandajiwe, Woulihuang 0782 have budded 8 days earlier than K326,and Gejaji budded 5 days later than K326 to be identified. Those special germplasm resources, especially which with lower nicotine, will be recommend to the breeder to be use. And the other germplasm resources were produced more seed to conservation to be use in the future.

  Studies on Chromosomal Ploidy Variation of Seedless Wampee (Clausena lansium (Lour.)Skeels cv. ‘Yunan’) Feng Li, Liu Rui 2007, 23 (9):  15-15.  Abstract + ( 1247 )   The somatic chromosomes in root tips, shoot tips, young leaves and anther wall of Seedless Wampee (Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels cv. ‘Yunan’) were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the chromosome numbers of somatic cells were varied. Among them were diploid (2n=2x=18), triploid (2n=3x=27) and aneuploid (2n=19~26). The aneuploid cell occupies the highest proporation of all the observation cells achieving 64.8%, next is the diploid cell 28.8%, and triploid cell accounts for 6.4%. The density and size of stomata and the shape of pollens of Seedless Wampee were compared with those of Chinese Wampee (Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels cv. ‘Jixin’), the results of which revealed that Seedless Wampee was the variation of diploid Chinese Wampee. Further more, the paper also discussed the relationship between the chromosome number variety and the seedless fruit.

  Changes in Endogenous Polyamine and Hormone Contents during Different Fruit Developing Stages in Loquat Cai Jianxiu, Liu Guoqiang, Chen Wei 2007, 23 (9):  17-17.  Abstract + ( 1504 )   Endogenous polyamine, phytohormone and protein contents in loquat fruit growth process were determined by HPLC, ELISA and commassie blue G250 methods respectively. And the relationship between the contents of endogenous polyamine, phytohormone and protein and the different growth process in loquat fruit were studied. The results showed that Spd content was highest, followed by Spm, and the Put was lowest in developing process of ovule. However The contents of 3 polyamines in flesh of loquat from high to low were Spd、Put and Spm. The contents of polyamines increased very quickly with fast developing stage of ovule and flesh. Changes of (Spd+Spm)/(Put) and（Spm）/(Pas) ratio in early developing stage of fruit reached a peak from 26 to 34 day after anthesis, while the fruit grew faster in the very stage. In this research, the higher content of GA1＋3 was consistent with that of Spd in young fruit of Loquat. Higher ratio of GA3/ABA appeared in fast developing stage of the fruit, which showed the closely relative relationship between endogenous polyamines and hormones.

We surveyed and researched the mutations of the plants by morphology and cytology methods and inducing effects of different tomato cultivars. 【RESULTS】Obvious changes have taken place on the mutant plants. In comparison with normal plants, mutant plants expressed the follow features: the growing of seedling is checked. The leaves appear to be darkish green and become thicker than that of diploid. The leaf shape index becomes smaller. The flowers became larger. The stomatal cell is larger and stomatal frenquency is reduced. The number of chloroplast in stomata is increased. The diameter of pollen became larger and the pollen viability is decreased. We noticed many forms of homologous chromosomes synapsis in meiosis of tetraploid tomato.【CONCLUSION】The results indicated that we obtained tetraploid plants of five small-fruit-type tomato cultivars with different inducement rate

And according to the regional characteristics performed in the cotton production during the transferring period, the Central Government should stabilize Talimu River basin cotton production efficiency, further increase the cotton production resources allocation efficiency on Yangtze River Basin, and eliminate the Yellow River Basin inefficient cotton production situation.

The results as followed: the soluble protein content had a peak value at the 6th and 12th day, that is, forming stage of embryogenic cells and seedling differentiation. Peak value of POD activity appeared at the 12th day after calli inoculation. Changing trend of SOD activity is opposite to POD activity during the calli differentiation. We supposed that the difference of enzyme activity was relative to the determination of cell differentiation. Moreover, changes of POD and SOD isoenzyme was closely relative to the course of calli differentiation in rice.

  Preliminary Study on the Relationships between Soil Electrical Conductivity and Soil Suction in Modern Yellow River Delta Liu Qingsheng, Liu Gaohuan, Su Haibin 2007, 23 (9):  26-26.  Abstract + ( 1194 )   Based on data acquired from April 7 to November 23, 2005 in Modern Yellow River Delta, preliminary study on the relationships between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth were carried out with eighteen field observation wells for soil moisture and soil salt monitoring. The results indicated that the correlation between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth was not statistically significant from April 7 to November 23, 2005. During the period of April 7 to June 6, 2005 (i.e., the initial stages of plant growth, seedtime of crops), only the correlation between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth at DZ05, DZ16 and DZ17 were statistically significant, positive linear correlation, and the correlation between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth at DZ08, DZ13 and DZ15 could be modeled by curve estimation. During the period of September 30 to November 23, 2005 (i.e., the final phase of plant growth), the correlation between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth at DZ01, DZ02, DZ04, DZ06, DZ10, DZ12, DZ14, DZ15 and DZ18 could be modeled by curve estimation, and the correlation between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth at DZ07, DZ16 were statistically significant, negative linear correlation, and the correlation between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction of 30cm depth at DZ03 was statistically significant, positive linear correlation. Thus it could be seen that the final phase of plant growth was the best period for studying the relationships between soil electrical conductivity and soil suction collected from field on-the-spot observation in Modern Yellow River Delta.

  Bioactivity of extracts from Zanthoxylum bungeanum against Plutella xylostella Liu Shun, Zhao Yuan, He Yunzhuan, Qin Qiuju, Zheng Huiying 2007, 23 (9):  27-27.  Abstract + ( 1360 )   Bioactivity experiments were conducted with Plutella xylostella using Zanthoxylum bungeanume extracts of different polarity solvents. The result showed that, the extract of chloroform had a powerful contact toxicity on the eggs and the larvae in 3rdinstar, the egg hatching percentage was 9.94% after treated with 5days, the larvae corrected mortality was 67.86% at 72h; The extract of petroleum ether had higher stomach toxicity on the larvae in 3rdinstar, the corrected mortality was 35.71% at 72h; The extracts of four solvents did not have significant effect for pupa weight, pupation rate and emergence rate of Plutella xylostella. The conclusion was important for making further research of insecticide plant Zanthoxylum bungeanume.

  Study on Callus Inducement and Green Shoot Differentiation of White Asparagus Anther Study on Callus Inducement and Green Shoot Differentiation of White Asparagus Anther 2007, 23 (9):  29-29.  Abstract + ( 1478 )   Experiments were conducted on the anther of Asparagus officinalis L. to study the callus inducement and green shoot differentiation. Results showed that callus of anther could be induced from the Asparagus anther which had been refrigerated at 4℃ for 4 days and then inoculated to 1/2 MS culture medium of NAA 2.0 mg/L, 6-BA 1.0 mg/L and 6% sucrose. The optimal time to gather anther is April，in which the callus inducement rate arrived at the peak, while in August and November, the rates were lower. Among different breeds and plants, the callus inducement rate of anther varied, in which the breed of ‘UC155’ performed the highest inducement rate (18.9%), distinctively higher than the other three breeds did, including ‘UC142’(11.6%), ‘Gijnlim’(10.3%) and ‘Thielim’(5.8%); Of all the experiment strains, the breed of ‘UC155’-8 showed the highest inducement rate, which was 83.5%. Compared with dark culture, a supplement light of 1000 lx everyday could stimulate the callus inducement of White Asparagus anther. Centrifugal disposal (4000 r/min, 30 min) before inoculation of anther could not increase the inducement rate of callus. The callus which transferred to MS culture medium of NAA 0.5 mg/L, 6-BA 1.0 mg/L and 3% sucrose could differentiate green shoots without root. Differentiation rate varied among different breeds, in which the breed of ‘Gijnlim’ differentiated most (67.2%) and breed ‘UC142’ did least. Part of the non-differentiated callus could differentiate green shoots while transferred to MS culture medium without plant growth regulators.

  Effects of Sowing Density and Seedling Age on Yield Formation and the Number of Groups in Hybrid Medium Indica Rice “ Xin Liangyou 6 ” Gao Jun, Huang Yide, Chen Jinjie, Wang Heqin, Li Shengqun,Chen Jingdao 2007, 23 (9):  31-31.  Abstract + ( 1621 )   In order to provide technical support for Anhui provincial single cropping rice production, the effects of different sowing density and seedling age on yield formation and the number of population under water-raised seedling conditions were researched by using “Xinliangyou 6”. At the same time, the effects of different numbers of basic seedlings and methods of nurturing the seedlings on yield formation and the number of population are researched under the same long seedling age conditions. The results show that seedling age should not exceed 40 days, and 45 days or longer seedling age will result in yield reduction under water-raised seedling conditions. With the seedling age extended, the reduction range will increase; compared with normal sowing density, the reduction is mainly due to seedling age under sparsely seeding conditions. With the extension of seedling age, the population total tillers, LAI, the number of the spike per hm2, the number of grains per spike and seed-setting rate decrease while the difference of population tillers PTP’s changes little. Under the long seedling age conditions, by means of increasing the number of basic seedlings or using fertilized dry land bed way to nurture long age-tiller strong seedlings is an important way to get ideal yield.

  Residue Dynamics of Acephate and Methamidophos in Rape Plants and Soil He Min, Yu Pingzhong, Chen Li, Jia Chunhong, Dai Rongcai 2007, 23 (9):  31-31.  Abstract + ( 1243 )   In order to evaluate environmental safety and establish safe applied standard, residue dynamics and final residue of acephate (40%EC) in rapes and soil were studied using GC/MS method. The results showed that acephate could degrade to methamidophos rapidly in the rapes and soil. The degradation rate of acephate faster than methamidophos, the half life of acephate and methamidophos in rapes are 1.36 days and 2.86 days, the half life of acephate and methamidophos in soil are 1.84 days and 2.96 days. Acephate would not lead to residue contamination in rapes and residue accumulation in soil under normal applying condition.

The result shows that there are 82 faculties, 229 categories and 320 genuses edible plants, thereinto, the genus of wild forage plants occupies 106 genuses, the most genus in edible plants, the next is potherb plants about 74 genuses, and protein plants is the least; This paper puts forward protective and exploiture measures of Edible plant resources in Maowusu sandland.

  Effects of Seed Irradiation with 60Coγ Ray on the Growth and Muta tion of Seedling of Godetia grandiflora Lindl. in vitro Zhu Daoyu, Fu Zhenzhu, Zhang Huiying, Yang Xiao, Li Shasha 2007, 23 (9):  34-34.  Abstract + ( 1432 )   Six doses 0Gy, 10Gy, 50Gy, 100Gy, 150Gy and 200Gy were used to study the effects of seed irradiation with 60Coγray on the growth of seedling of Godetia grandiflora Lindl.in vitro in this experiment. The results showed that the number of roots and leaves, and plant height all decreased with the increase of irradiating doses (50-200Gy). Moreover, the higher dose, the higher death rate, and the Half Lethal Dosage (LD50) for the seedlings of 41 days was 150 Gy. Mutants were found amongst seedlings in all treatments 70 days after culturing, including flower colour, shape and the structure of patals. This indicats that gamma ray irradiation can increase the frequency of mutations and produces special types of flower in Godetia grandiflora breeding.

  Isolation of Six Acid-tolerant Rhizobium meliloti and Study on its Growth Characteristics Zhang Qin, Li Yanbin 2007, 23 (9):  35-35.  Abstract + ( 1243 )   In order to discover acid-tolerant Rhizobium meliloti that can nodulate alfalfa high-effectively on acidic soil, researches were explored to isolate rhizobia from alfalfa nodules on acidic soil (pH5.2), methods based on the thesis of adaptive acid-tolerance response of the Rhizobia were adopted, six strains were isolated, which could grow on solid medium with pH4.8 steadily. In addition, the nodulation characteristics, growth curves and mean generation time under different acidity of the strains were examined. The results showed that all the rhizobia could nodulate alfalfa with enough nodules (≥10) and high nodulation ratio (about 66.67%~100%); under different acidity, the rhizobia represented different growth characteristics, acid slowed strains’ growth rate significantly, which made the rhizobia exhibit a prolonged lag phase, a lagged log phase and a delayed stationary phase, the mean generation time under acidic condition was longer than that under neutral condition, the lower the pH was, much longer the mean generation time was. However, the acid-tolerant rhizobia, if exposed to the tolerant acidity range, could still grow quickly after a prolonged lag phase

  Analysis of Differential Expression Protein of Rice Leaves at the Late Developmental Stage by 2-DE Shao Caihong, Lin Wenxiong 2007, 23 (9):  39-39.  Abstract + ( 1270 )   The differential expression proteins of leaves in the late developmental stage of rice were studied from the proteomics point of view，and those proteins were separated with 2-DE and then analyzed with Imagemaster 2D Elite 5.0 in order to search for their differential expression in leaves, The study showed that the number of detected differential expression protein spots was 47, among which there were 6 new protein spots that just appeared at booting and heading stages, 21 protein spots increased and 6 protein spots decreased with the rice development, and the other 14 proteins changed irregularly in expression abundance but most of them had their peaks in expression abundance at a certain developmental stage. The protein is the performer of cell’s function and influenced by the variation of cell’s function or cell environment, therefore, the reason that caused the above proteins change should be related with the rice development transforms at late stage.

The result shows that the yield of grape with One-off applying of slow–released urea with PK increased 32.4% and 8.1% compared with organic fertilizer treatment and routine treatment3 (NPK using in 3 times). The ratio of sugar and acid, the Vc content, the content of soluble solids are higher than or similitude with routine treatment.

  Seasonal Population Dynamics of Whitefly(Bemisia tabaci) and Model Simulation Yu Yijun, Wang Enguo, Chen LinSong 2007, 23 (9):  40-40.  Abstract + ( 1291 )   Using yellow sticky trap, the seasonal fluctuation of adult population of Bemisia tabaci was investigated in vegetable area of Linhai between Feb. 2006 and Feb. 2007. This investigation showed two occurrence peaks of adult population of the whitefly a year, one occured between spring and summer season and the other in autumn. Eight models were established according to the population feature and its correlation with climate and agricultural factors. Simulation analysis showed that prediction of these models was in the range of 60.9% coincident with the invistigation. The population levels of adult whitefly based on ten days a year could be predicted with these models and thus the early warning could be made according to the model simulation.

Ultrafiltration was applied to separate protein hydrolysates into five fractions based on the molecular weights. The antioxidant activity of the proteins hydrolysates was evaluated by their abilities to scavenge superoxide anion radical produced by the action of xanthine oxidase on xanthine. 【RESULTS】Significant radical scavenging capacity was demonstrated by the fractions with molecular weight higher than 1000. 【CONCLUSION】 Protein enzymatic hydrolysis and membrane filtration was found effective method to concentrate the functional compounds with antioxidant ability

The results showed that number of effective panicles most importantly factor to grain yield；as well as seed setting rate and fertile spikelets per panicle kept closely relation with the grain yield. Cultivation strategy for high yield should be taken to accelerate tiller to ensure enough effective panicles. And the path analysis on yield stability and adaptability indicated that II Youhang 2 had higher and more stable yielding ability and wider adaptability.

  Application of Ion Exchange Resin Membrane (IERM) on Study of Ammonium and Potassium Interaction in Soil And Its Relation to Canola Nutrients Uptake Chen Xiaoqin,, Zhou Jianmin, Schoenau J J, Qian P Y, Wang Huoyan, Huang P M 2007, 23 (9):  44-44.  Abstract + ( 1320 )   In order to explore the feasibility of ion exchange resin membrane (IERM) as a nutrients-extracting tool in the study of ammonium and potassium ions interaction in soil and the relation to canola nutrients uptake, the IERM incubation and pot experiments were conducted on the soils with such exactly similar conditions, as moisture, temperature, et al. The results showed that the amount of ammonium extracted by IERM was reduced by the co-existing of potassium, but that of K+ extracted was not influenced by ammonium co-application, which was concerned with the preferential fixation of ammonium in soil when co-applied with potassium. The significant correlation was detected between the nutrients amount extracted by IERM with plant nutrients uptake and dry matter weight, which demonstrated the feasibility of IERM as a ‘roots simulator’ in the study of nutrients interaction in soil. However, IERM was not plant roots, resulting in some inconsistency in the change of nutrients extracted by IERM or by canola, which was seldom mentioned in the previous studies. The existence of such inconsistency implied that more efforts should be taken on the study of IERM application conditions, in order to make the best use of IERM in the study of the influence on plant nutrients uptake by ammonium and potassium interaction in soil.

By comparing growth and development, yield and quality of plants with different transplanting time, showed the result that difference transplanting time had an effect on rate of growth, growing season, yield, output value and internal chemical contents as well as aroma quality. Through adjustment of transplanting time, the plants would be able to develop in good growing weather and the characteristics of this kind of tobacco could reveal in full power, thus a healthy objective condition for producing high quality of sun-cured tobacco was created. A viewpoint was made through the experiment that the selection of the first ten days of November transplanting time in natural climate of Lujiang in Baoshan, Yunnan province, would have plants a fitting growth duration after transplanting, a relatively concentrated maturity period benefited for curing, and higher yield and output value as well as aroma quality

The results indicated that biogas residues can not only enhance the apple yield and improve fruit nutrition quality, but also reduce agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizer disbursement and improve the environment quality. Under the condition (biogas residues: chemical fertilize)1:1,the qualities of apple was best, It showed that in using biogas residues in household biogas digester the total output of apple was 6.61% higher than that in using chemical fertilize, each hectare additionally receives 7626 Yuan. The reductive sugar、the vitamin C and sugar of the apple were respectively 5.9%、67.6% and 16.0% higher than that in using chemical fertilize; that in using biogas residues in project biogas digester the total output of apple was 6.80% higher than that in using chemical fertilize, each hectare additionally receives 6268.5 Yuan. The reductive sugar、the vitamin C and sugar of the apple were respectively 1.5%、3.1% and 2.2% higher than that in using chemical fertilize; that in using biogas residues in project biogas digester the quality of apple was different with that in using biogas residues in household biogas digester.

It is capable to analysis the natural characteristics of desert vegetation degenerating by dividing the index selected into two-types in dominant species (or shrub) and auxiliary species (or herbage), meanwhile to accurately show the affect factors to vegetation community by first grade analysis standard on the healthy of dominant species and companion species. The analysis result shows: the healthy is better in the same community at comparing to on moving dune or semi-moving dune and fixing dune. The healthy of dominant species obviously influence the health of community. The sensitivity analysis either check up the accurate of analysis consequence or direct what objects that are substituted by analysis standard act the function and status.

The mean yield of Guichundou 1 in the regional test was 2631.60kg/hm2，increasing by 15.13% as compare to the check variety Liudou 1. and mean yield in the production test was 2607.00kg/hm2, increasing by 14.46% as compare to the check variety Liudou 1.The protein content of this variety was 39.91%, and the oil content was 19.46%. This variety resisted to SC11 and SC13, and showed strong tolerance to acid-aluminum. It has been examined and certified by the National Crops Varieties Approval Committee in 2006. This paper reported the results of breed selection and experiment of Guichundou1, and analyzed the key of breeding technique

  Effect of Organic Manure Applied during Preceding Crops on Nitrogen Fertilizer Availability of Flue-cured Tobacco Using the Isotope 15N Trace Technique Xu Zhaoli, Yang Yuhong 2007, 23 (9):  54-54.  Abstract + ( 1226 )   In order to promote the application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer in the rotation of Flue-cured tobacco rationally, the effect of different organic manure (crop straw, oil cake, fully-fermented pig manure) applied in preceding crops on availability of nitrogen fertilizer was studied by the methods of pot and micro plot experiment in field, using the Isotope 15N trace technique. The results showed that all treatments promoted the growth of flue-cured tobacco and affected the nitrogen utilization. The effect of different kinds of organic manures on total nitrogen in leaves was different. After oil cake and fully-fermented pig manure were applied during preceding crop, percentage of absorbed nitrogen in different position from 15N fertilizer was increased, and the nitrogen fertilizer efficiency was also enhanced. Organic manure applied in preceding crops could raise the usability of the upper leaves and improve the cutters quality, compared with control. The conclusion was that oil cake and fully-fermented pig manure applied in preceding crops were better to flue-cured tobacco.

It has been planted for 30 years. It has become the first rice variety in cold regions for its area spreaded, long planted and notable social economic benefits. Pedigree of Hejiang No.19 was analyzed in this paper. Its relative relation and basis of descendiblity were understood. The reasons and the suggestions were discussed at the same time. Indicated that the difficulty of rice breeding in cold regions should be recognized, improved the main varieties through making use of the main varieties as core germplasm and appending the new germplasm. Descendants should be selected on cold tolerance, blast resistance, high yield and wide adaptability in different years and diverse sections. Combine good varieties with compatible planting means, in order to the varieties raised have wider adaptability.

  Pilot on Supercritical CO2 Extraction of Flavonoids from Lonicera japonica Thunb Leaves Jin Xueyuan, An Guangjie 2007, 23 (9):  56-56.  Abstract + ( 1381 )   Effects of pressure, temperature, time and dosage of chemical preparation in supercritical CO2 technology on extract abilities of flavone from Lonicera japonica Thunb were Piloted in this paper. And the yield of the flavonids was determined by UV spectrophotometer . This paper also compared the method supercritical CO2 extraction with hot alcohol extraction, soaking microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction .Results showed that following conditions were optimal: pressure 30.0MPa, temperature 40℃, time 120min and dosage of chemical preparation 4.5ml/g. Extraction yield of hot alcohol ,soaking microwave assisted extraction ,ultrasonic assisted extraction and supercritical CO2 technology extraction were 8.92%、9.56% 、9.32% and 10.24% separately, and supercritical CO2 technology was a good extraction method for its high yield and short times.

  Effects of NH4+-N/ NO3--N ratios on Yield and Soluble Oxalate Content of Spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) Zhang Guoyi, Wang Jianfei, Xing Suzhi, Zhao Jianrong 2007, 23 (9):  58-58.  Abstract + ( 1380 )   【OBJECTIVE】The objective of this investigation was to study the effects of NH4+-N/ NO3--N ratios on the yield and soluble oxalate content of spinach fresh shoot. 【METHOD】Spinach seedling was treated with different ratios of NH4+-N/ NO3--N，the yield and soluble oxalate content of spinach fresh shoot were observed after 36 days. 【RESULTS】Results showed that (1) from NH4+-N/ NO3--N ratio of 100:0 to the ratio of 0:100, spinach shoot fresh weight gradually increased with the increase of the percent of NO3--N in the total nitrogen. Spinach supplied with NO3--N as its sole nitrogen source had the highest yield; (2) with the decrease of the NH4+-N/ NO3--N ratio, the soluble oxalate content of spinach shoot gradually decreased. As the NH4+-N/ NO3--N ratio of 25:75, the soluble oxalate content was the lowest, with the ratio further smaller, the oxalate content was reversed to increase. There was a significant quadric relationship between the percent of in the total nitrogen and soluble oxalate content of spinach shoot. 【CONCLUSION】The yield of spinach was increasing with the NH4+-N/ NO3--N ratio increasing, the oxalate content was the highest when the ratio of NH4+-N/ NO3--N was 25:75

  Grey Correlative Degree Analysis on the New Varieties of Wheat Zhao Qian, Liu Zhaoye, Liu Chunlei, Xiu Mingxia, Yin Yan 2007, 23 (9):  59-59.  Abstract + ( 1501 )   In order to provide a reference for the selection and breeding, exact evaluation and approvement of new wheat varieties, making use of the grey correlative degree analysis in regional trial from 2003~2004, the grain yield and 12 main characters of 11 new varieties of wheat were evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that the result of evaluation on the order of revelant grade was consistent with the actual performance of the varieties. The three better varieties were liangxing99, 954(5)-4, taishan008. They were approved by Shandong Province Crop Cultivar Examination and Approval Committee in 2004, 2005 and 2006, respectively. We consider that compare with equal weight correlation degree, the results of weighted correlation degree fit better with the fact of varieties.

  Soluble salinity content in Soil of different Aged Humulus lupulus L.(hops) Zhang XinHui, Zhang EnHe, He QingXiang, Ren BaoCang 2007, 23 (9):  62-62.  Abstract + ( 1428 )   Through analyzing 22,20,18,8,5 perennial hops respectively in the test, salty ions in the farmland soil different aged hops were determined, at the same time, changing property of salty ions in soil for different aged hops and their relation with quality in hops were analyzed. The results showed：Soluble salinity content in soil sharply increased with the hops age rising, while the increased extent decreased with the soil layer deepening into (in general, the change trend was still rising). The change order of all ions was CL-＞Ca2+＞Mg2+＞Na+＞K+＞SO42-. By vertical-section analysis，as far as the salty ions content in soil were concerned, 0-20cm layer＞20-40cm layer＞40-60cm layer. Soil layer in the 0-20cm，soluble salinity in soil was 0.401%，0.298%，0.256%，0.321%，0.185% respectively at the 22-year，20-year，18-year，8-year and 5-year. The soluble salinity at the first four age were 2.17，1.61，1.38 and 1.72 times respectively as that at the 5-year，and the difference was remarkable. The superficial accumulation of the salty ions was an important cause to decrease the α-acid in hops.

The quality of Lettuce varied with types of nitrogen fertilizes at same rate.

The result shown that the shrinkage of leaves thickness, upper epidermis thickness, upper epidermis width, lower epidermis thickness, lower epidermis width, palisade tissue thickness and intercellur space ,spongy tissue thickness and intercellur space, is overripe leaves>mature leaves>unripe leaves during cured, the shrinkage of the overripe leaves is the most markedness, mature leaves secongdly , unripe leaves finally, whatever upper epidermis thickness, upper epidermis width , palisade tissue width and spongy tissue intercellur space of mature leaves the shrinkage ratio is up to the lower epidermis thickness, lower epidermis width, spongy tissue thickness and intercellur space.

  Study on the Characteristics of Biomass Production and the Relationship to Yield in Super Hybrid Rice Xie Chenglin, Zhang Zujian, Pan Meihong, Zhang Jufang 2007, 23 (9):  74-74.  Abstract + ( 1521 )   【OBJECTIVE】Boss biomass production and yield formation characteristics were observed using two super hybrid rice combinations bred in Jiangsu Province, the factors limiting yield potential in super hybrid rice was studied. 【RESULTS】The results showed that, super hybrid rice had good production capacity either at common density or low density. High yield was mainly attributable to the big panicles. But the seed setting characteristics were not promoted observably and the percentage of ripened grain was lowly level yet. Conventional variety used as contrast also showed high yield at common density, but low yield at low density. The biomass production of super hybrid rice, particularly that after heading was remarkably higher than that of Shanyou 63, the weakness in biomass production of normal hybrid rice was improve obviously. The translocation rate of storage carbohydrate in stem and sheath of super hybrid rice had no significant changes compared with common and low density, the translocation type was showed significantly. 【CONCLUSION】The key points to further improve in conclusion, yield is to make a breakthrough in seed setting characteristics under the conditions of higher total spikelet number has been obtained, to improve significantly the percentage of ripened grain. Relatively condign low density may increase the biomass production after heading and improve the seed setting characteristics.

  Pilot Study on Indicator for Prediction of Storage Period of Red Globe Grape An Hongmei , Guan Wenqiang , Liu Xinghua , Li Jilan, Zhou Yiqin ,Su Xu, Jiang Pingyang 2007, 23 (9):  76-76.  Abstract + ( 1567 )   【OBJECTIVE】Study on the varieties of main quality indexes and disease incidence rate of different regions’ red globe grape during cold storage, to determine the predictive indicator for storage effect of red globe grape.【METHOD】Red globe grape from five product regions as material, the disease incidence rate, the carrier rate, the water content of peduncle, the content of titratable acid and the phenolic substance content were measured during cold storage.【RESULTS】The results showed that the red globe grape from Huailai had the lower carrier rate and disease incidence rate, the lower and stable of the water content of peduncle（descent rate is 5.60%）, higher SSC and phenolic substance content, disease resistance is better than orthers; The relativity to the disease incidence rate is not at the same level in diferent quality indexes, the correlation coefficient between the SSC and the phenolic substance content and the disease incidence during the cold storage are above 0.828; the correlation coefficient between the initial phenolic substance content of flesh and the disease incidence rate after 80d’ storage is 0.885. 【CONCLUSION】The SSC and phenolic substance content can well monitor the disease incidence rate; the phenolic substance content could be a reliable indicator to predict the batch quality of red globe grape.

  Determination of Three Kinds of Pesticide Residues in Tea Garden Soil by Gas Chromatography Yu Pingping,, Zhang Jinzhong,, Wei Shaping, Wang Guomin 2007, 23 (9):  78-78.  Abstract + ( 1591 )   In this paper, three kinds of pesticide residues in tea garden soil in southwest zone were detected, the environmental quality of the tea garden was systematically investigated, and thus pesticide pollution in the tea garden was assessed. In this study, the soil samples were extracted with acetone and concentrated, and then separated in capillary column gas chromatography and detected with electron capture detector (ECD), and quantified using external standards. It was found that the residue amounts of pesticides in different soil samples were different. It is beneficial to take effective countermeasures to control pesticide pollution and promote tea export through analyzing and evaluating the residue status of pesticide in tea garden soil.

  Study on Micro-encapsulation of Pumpkin Seed Oil Niu Guangcai，Zhu Dan，Li Zhijiang，Zuo Feng，Wu Ziliang 2007, 23 (9):  81-81.  Abstract + ( 1531 )   The micro-encapsulation of pumpkin seed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 was studied by spray-drying method， and the structure of the product was observed by microscope as well as the products were studied by antioxidation experiment. The result indicated that the order of the effects on the micro-encapsulation efficiency for the micro-encapsulation prescription to the pumpkin seed oil from the greatest to the least was the ratio of the wall[soybean protein isolation(SPI)/malt dextrin(MD)], the ratio of the core to wall and the total soluble solid(TSS). The optimal conditions from orthogonal experimental design were as follows, SPI to MD was 2:1(W/W)， the ratio of core to wall was 1:5(W/W)， TSS was 25%(W/V). The order of the effects on the micro-encapsulation efficiency for the micro-encapsulation technological parameters from the greatest to the least were temperatures of entering wind, temperatures of out wind and homogenizing pressure. The optimal spray-drying technological parameters from orthogonal experimental design were as follows, temperatures of entering wind and out wind were 180℃ and 80℃ respectively, homogenizing pressure was 30MPa. The micro-encapsulation efficiency of the production was 90.2%, and the products of pumpkin seed oil microcapsules are in good antioxidation and microcosmic structure produced by using the optimal micro-encapsulation prescription and spray-drying technological parameters.

The results showed as follows, long time sub-high temperature in daytime advanced the phenophase of plant and made the plants senescence earlier. The fruit-set ratio, weight of per fruit and the yield and quality of fruits under sub-high temperature all decreased. Results showed that the earlier the plants suffered sub-high temperature from the 1st flower efflorescence, the worst did the growth and development and the quality and yield of fruits.

  Formation and Decomposition of Crystal of Bacillus thuringiensis Zhu Yujing, Lan Jianglin, Ruan Changqing, Liu Yun, Liu Bo 2007, 23 (9):  82-82.  Abstract + ( 1574 )   【OBJECT】To study the formation and decomposition of crystal of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), and supply theoretics basis for systmic study on its biological characteristic and analysis of its active component. 【METHOD】Bt strain HD-1 was cultured on NA culture media for 24h under 30℃, and then was made into bacterial suspension and observed the formation of crystal with transmission electron microscope (JEM 100-CX-II). Five dissolution methods were used to decompose the crystals of Bt HD-1 and Bt LSZ9408, after that SDS-PAGE was conducted. 【RESULTS】 Bt Hd-1 formed spores and crystals during split process, and the shape of crystal was big diamond. Bt LSZ9408 contained 130 and 65kDa toxic proteins, while Bt HD1 had 130, 65 and 25kDa toxic proteins. 【CONCLUSION】Both of crystals of Bt LSZ9408 and HD-1 contained CryI and CryII type protein toxins.

  The Study of Utilization and Protective Contermeasures of the Wetland along Yangtze River in Anqing Zhou Baohua, Jin Baoshi 2007, 23 (9):  82-82.  Abstract + ( 1141 )   In order to make full use of the advantages and potentiality of the wetland resources along Yangtze River in Anqing, develop regional economy to promote enviromental protection and accelerate the construction of new socialist area, this article analyzes the advantages of Anqing wetland resources and problems of enviromental protection through romote sense and factual investigations etc. Focusing on the relationship between regulate ecological system of the wetland and peripheral ecological system, we put forth the following countermeasures : (1) optimize agriculture structure and distribution building an ecological safeguard system; (2) develop ecological aquaculture and optimise ecological system of wetland; (3) develop ecological and cultural tourism of wetland and perfect protective and managerial system of wetland.

  Research Advances of Fructan Biosynthesis, Relevant Genes and its Function in Higher Plants Li Huijuan, Sun Jianquan, Li Junfeng 2007, 23 (9):  86-86.  Abstract + ( 1718 )   Fructans, or polyfructosylsucroses, are fructose polymers that start from sucrose. They are major reserve carbohydrates and osmolytes, which render plants tolerant to various stresses. Fructans are also considered as healthy food ingredients, which promote human health in diverse ways. Plant is the major resource of fructans. Various fructosyltransferases were related to fructan biosynthesis. Different fructan molecules can be produced by the concerted action of different fructosyltransferases. Fructan biosynthesis pathway, relevant genes and its function were briefly reviewed in the present article.

  Preservation for Fresh Cutting Flowers of Phaeomeria magnifica Lei Lizhi, Tang Xiuhua, Wu Zhibiao, Mo Rao 2007, 23 (9):  86-86.  Abstract + ( 1267 )   The Phaeomeria magnifica was taken as the experiment material. The growth of flowering branches and ornamental characteristics were observed. The fresh-keeping treatments and moisture physiology were discussed. The results showed that the growth development of Phaeomeria magnifica flowers was 90d which could be compartmentalized four phase: flower-bud period, initiating bloom period, bloom period and wither period. The fading degree could be compartmentalized four grades. The best fresh-keeping effect was 2.0% sugar in four reagents. Fresh-keeping date was 11d with treatment C which containing higher concentration sugar and citric acid.

  Adsorption of Hydrophobic Termiticides Chlorpyrifos and Fenvalerate in Soils Yang Ting, Sun Yang, Huangfu Weiguo , Li Shaonan 2007, 23 (9):  86-86.  Abstract + ( 1531 )   Adsorption of chlorpyrifos and fenvalerate in 3 different soils, which were representative soil in Ningbo, was studied by batch equilibration technique. The result showed that the Kd values of chlorpyrifos in tested soils were 121.4088,477.7604 and 3537.0809 respectively, and the Kd values of chlorpyrifos were 15.7476、100.8772、102.3091 respectively. This suggested that adsorption of chlorpyrifos in tested soils were significantly intense than that of fenvalerate. Except for organic matter in soils, the Kd values were positively correlated with the CEC of soil .

  Relationship of Nitrogen Assimilation ,Transfer and Utilization of Different organ and Nitrogen use efficiency in Different Genotypes Rice Li Peide, Piao Zhongze,, Zhang Jianming,Zhu Chunmei, Wang Shimei 2007, 23 (9):  87-87.  Abstract + ( 1397 )   【OBJECTIVE】Study on the Relationship between the Nitrogen Assimilation ,Transfer and Utilization of Different organs and Nitrogen use efficiency during grain filling in Different Genotypes Rice.【METHOD】The relationships between the nitrogen content, accumulation, distribution and utilization of different organs and nitrogen use efficiency by using ten different genotypes rice varieties were analyzed【RESULTS】The results indicated that during grain-filling the N-content of ear was not significantly different among types, and was significantly different among types in N-content of leaf and sheath and stem during the late grain-filling .The increase of the N-accumulation of ear was usually accompanied by decrease of N-accumulation of leaf and sheath , stems especially leaf and sheath ,and increase of the N-distribution ratio of ear was usually accompanied by decrease of N-distribution ratio of leaf and sheath during the grain filling. N-accumulation and distribution of ear, leaf and sheath, stem was significantly different among types at late grain-filling stage, and nitrogen use efficiency was significantly different among types during the grain-filling. N-use efficiency at mature stage were significant- negatively correlated with N-content of ear, leaf and sheath, N-accumulation and N- distribution ratio of leaf and sheath at late grain-filling stage and were significant-positively correlated with N- distribution ratio of ear at late grain-filling stage.【CONCLUSION】Which indicates that selection for combining with organ nitrogen can availably advance the select effect at rice high nitrogen use efficiency breeding

  The Availability of Boron in Yellow Soils and Its Influencing Factors in Chongqing Jin Kun, Wang Zifang, Gao Min, Wei Chaofu 2007, 23 (9):  90-90.  Abstract + ( 1412 )   Boron is important element of growth of tobacco. Lager area of Yellow Soils area in Chongqing is planting tobacco, while the content of boron was low, which was one of important limiting factor of crop’s growth in this area. Author was menstruated content of boron and researched the status of lack of Boron and researched relativity of its Influencing facto, the results showed that the average content of available boron in the yellow soil was 0.39±0.27 mg/kg, 80 percent of its was under 0.5mg/kg which was lack for boron and 17.44 percent of its was under 0.2mg/kg which was especially lack for boron; The distribute frequencies of available boron contents of yellow soils in Chongqing was dispersedly, its range of 0.07mg/kg to 1.99mg/kg. The diversity of different zoology area was distinct. The result of pertinence analyses showed that available boron contents had correlativity with the pH(r=0.181** n=281) and CEC（r=0.124** n=281) and It had correlativity with Organic matte When the content of organic matte is high; in addition, soil granule、clime was the Influencing factor of availability of boron in Yellow Soils in Chongqing.

  The Influence of Different Salt Stress on Seed Germination of Haloxylon ammodendron Li Ya, Zhang Yinghua, Wang Jihe, Ma Quanlin, Zhang Xiaoqin 2007, 23 (9):  93-93.  Abstract + ( 1559 )   Seed germination experiment for 5 different source was conducted with 5 concentrations of NaCl and salt soil to estimate whether NaCl has the same effect with salt soil, and the ability difference in different source for Haloxylon ammodendron ,the results showed that NaCl and salt soil all had influence for germinative capacity? of every source, and the influence degree gradually enhanced with increasing concentration, and the influence degree about germination percentage was lower than other index; The levels of every germination index were significant difference in different concentration treatment of NaCl and salt soil; when the concentration of NaCl was 3%, the germinative capacity from strong to weak was Inner Mongolia Alashan left banner, Xinjiang botanical garden, Inner Mongolia Dengkou county Wulanbuhe desert area, Gansu Minqin desert botanical garden, Xinjiang botanical garden’s Haloxylon persicum；when the concentration of salt soil was 4.45%, the seed germination percentage only Inner Mongolia Alashan left banner had 5%, other source seed almost all lost germinative capacity?，when the concentration of salt soil was 2.97%, Gansu Minqin desert botanical garden seed had the higher germinative capacity ,and Xinjiang botanical garden with the lowest germinative capacity, the germinative capacity? of other source remained unknown in this experiment.

  Identification of the Insect-resistance of Transgenic Triploid Chinese White Popular Yuan Shengliang, Zhou Guona, Li Ming, Gao Baojia 2007, 23 (9):  96-96.  Abstract + ( 1513 )   Breeding techniques of transgenic Insect-resistant is the effective way on pest control. The research were trended in selecting and evaluation of the 29 clones of transgenic triploid Chinese white popular to insect pest. The larvae were fed with the leaves of transgenic triploid Chinese white popular clones in laboratory, and statistics the death index and mortality of the larvae. DPS statistic software is used to analyzed of the two years data of death index and mortality of the larvae, and the 29 clones of transgenic triploid Chinese white popular were divided into three categories. The Clones 1、17、41、21、7、8、27、6 and 11 were belong to the higher insect-resistance, the larvae mortality were all higher than 85%. The Clones 5、33、32、29、22 and 38 were belong to the middle insect-resistance, and the larvae mortality were between 60% and 79%. The Clones 26、39、31、30、16 and 36 were belong to lower insect-resistance, the larvae mortality were all lower than 60%.   Study on Characteristics of Environmental-friendly and Biodegradable Material Polylactic Acid Sheng Mingang,, Yan Yongxin,Zhang Jinhua, Li Yanhong 2007, 23 (9):  99-99.  Abstract + ( 1330 )   Polylactic acid (PLA) is a kind of important degradable material, which is being increasingly used as biomaterials, thus it attracted much attention. In this paper, the physical and mechanical performances, chemical and biodegradable properties of PLA are discussed briefly. Two main synthesis methods of PLA, condensation polymerization of lactic acid and ring-opening polymerization of lactide in recent years are described in details, and the situation of production is analyzed as well. Finally, the fields of synthesis, application, current state of development and the prospects of PLA are presented. Some suggestions on its industrialization are given, once the manufacture of PLA is industrialized, it can be of wide application in the fields of medicine and degraded plastics.
