Abstract: The pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of different types and levels of nitrogen fertilizers on yield and quality of lettuce. The results of experiment showed that the yield of lettuce was markedly effected by N2 rate of CO(NH2)2 ,the effect of yield significantly varied with nitrogen fertilizer at low and midale rates（N 0.08 g/kg ~0.16 g/kg）；Vitamin C content soluble sugar content fiber content and nitrate content of lettuce increased with nitrogen fertilizers amount increasing but nitrite content was significantly varied with different types and levels of nitrogen fertilizers. The quality of Lettuce varied with types of nitrogen fertilizes at same rate.
