Abstract:

To determine the best nitrogen fertilizing amount of mung bean in Yulin sandy area of Shaanxi Province, with mung bean varieties ‘Yulv No.1’ as the test material, 6 nitrogen application gradients were designed to study the effects of different nitrogen application amounts on mung bean botanical characters, economic characters and yield. The results showed that nitrogen application had a significant effect on plant height, branching number, 100-seed weight and yield of mung bean, and there was no significant difference in pods of branches, pod length, pods per plant and number of seeds per pod of mung bean. The regression equation of nitrogen application amount and yield showed that based on the application of P2O5 60 kg/hm2, K2O 45 kg/hm2 and commercial organic fertilizer 750 kg/hm2, the optimal N application amount was 75 kg/hm2.
