Construction and Application of Land Consolidation Project Ex Post Benefit Evaluation Index System Based on Multiple Levels Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

Abstract: This paper constructed the index system of land consolidation project ex post evaluation, which is the most important part of land consolidation ex post evaluation. The index system is constructed with economic benefit, social benefit and ecological and environmental benefit, evaluating by the fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Taking the Fenjie land consolidation project as an example, we make the results that the integrated grade of this project is “basically success”. Social benefit has the best success degree, then the economical benefit, and the last is ecological benefit. Analyzing the problems in the project, we give some advice on the land consolidation project and ex post benefit evaluation to make a reference to the expost benefit evaluation in plain in Eastern China.
