Analysis of the main quality traits of wheat varieties big acreage planting at Shandong in last two yers

Abstract: Abstract: the PC,WA,WG,DT and ST of 25 wheat varieties were determinatiied by :near infrared spectroscopy technology in order to provide basic information for use in Shandong wheat character breeding parent partnership.the results showed that, the protein conten and wgluten conten are up to the standard of the strong wgluten wheat of 68.00% and 64.00%. Developmention and development time are up to the standard of the midding wgluten wheat of 72.00%. 10.00% wheat varieties are the strong wgluten wheat 90.00% wheat varieties are the midding wgluten wheat.there is a lack of the feebleness wgluten wheat in 25 wheat varieties.
