Abstract: This research chose three F2 population of K-cytoplamic male sterile hybrids with high restorative characteristic, one F2 population of Chemical Hybridization Agent(CHA), one F3 family of K-cytoplasmic sterile hybrid with high restorative characteristic and one normal hybrid population as sample to study the restorative mechanism of K-cytoplasmic male sterility in wheat. Taking self-fruitful rate as the criterion and segregating population of field survey as method, we got the result that the ratio of fertile plants and sterile plants in the three F2 population of K-cytoplasmic male sterile hybrid accords with 63:1 tested by Chi-square, therefore we can infer that the restorative mechanism of K-cytoplasmic male sterile line was controlled by three different major genes, which manifested as sporophore sterility.
