Abstract: Nutrient distributions of the profiles of loess soil were studied after fertilizer were applied for 12 years continuously .The results showed that organic matter and total P of fertilization treatments were increased in the 0~20cm soil layer were higher than that of CK, organic matter content was different in 0~200cm profile of loess soil. The treatments of PK phosphorus leaching loss in the soil profile and total-P content was higher in the 120~220cm soil profile. Total K content in 0~300cm soil profile almost invariableness with application Potassium .Laying horizon of loess soil was the efficient way to control nutrient leaching loss. Application NPK combined with organic manure was the best way to increase N0-3-N than that of CK, and it could improve fertility of loess soil.
