Abstract: This paper analyzed the major winter wheat production by the number of grains per panicle and grain weight per ear, plant ears and a rate of infertility spike, while the yield components of the elements and the relationship between climatic factors, the results shown that the grains per panicle determined by the accumulated temperature mainly from the boot stage to jointing, but precipitation, sunshine, and other factors this period can meet its growth needs, its impact on smaller.
