Abstract: Sugarcane is a kind of sweet fruit which has an unique and special flavour, it possesses the function of quenching one’s thirst, antialcoholic, clearing away heat and toxic material and it is benefit for urine, meanwhile, it is one of the most favorable food. In this experiment, the storage period is extended through the way of controling tempreture, keeping materials fresh, in addition, keeping the Ph value and humidity level after chopping the peels.
