Abstract: The best medium for induction and bud differentiation of lily var. xinong1 was MS with 6-BA 1.2mg?L-1 and NAA 0.1mg?L-1. The best medium for proliferation was MS with 6-BA 1.0mg?L-1 and NAA 0.1mg?L-1. 1/2MS supplemented with NAA 0.2mg?L-1 was suitable for rooting. The differentiation ability of receptacle was excelled style and petal.
