Abstract: Absorption and distribution of nutrition element in various organs of Lilium davidii var. unicolor was studied during plant and bulb development. The results indicated that nutrition element stored in mother bulb was consumed for growth of new leaves and stem at bulb germination stage. At plantlet stage, the Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium element was distributed in mother bulb, leaves and stem mostly. Percentage of nutrition in leaves increased with the grown up of photosynthesis organs. From visible bud to anthesis was turning stage that the distribution centres of nutrition element from overground parts to bulb. The key period of element absorption was plantlet to visible bud stage. Potassium was more important than Nitrogen and Phosphorus for development of bulb.
