Abstract: The strain of Bacillus sp. BJ-6 was isolated from the soil of apricot trees and showed strong inhibitory activity against plant pathogens. Two antisera of Bacillus sp. BJ-6 were successfully prepared by immunized the healthy male rabbit with the antifungal protein antigen and the somatic antigen. In the indirect ELISA, The titers of the two antisera were 1∶3200 and 1:6400. The titer of HRP-labeled secondary antibody was 1:7000. In addition, the two antisera showed species-specific to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Key words：Bacillus；antiserum；preparation；ELISA
