Abstract: Abstract: The experiment was carried out according to the three rice growth stages. The effect of germination rate of rice was studied by seed soaking with fresh water and biogas slurry respectively, and the effects of biogas manure application combined with chemical fertilizer on seedling quality, rice growth,agro-traits, yield, rice quality and soil properties were studied compared with absolute chemical fertilizer was used. The results showed that seed soaking with biogas slurry can increase germination rate of rice, and the application of biogas manure mixed with chemical fertilizer can improve seedling quality, rice growth， agro-traits, yield, rice quality and soil properties.
