  Effects of Different Levels of Copper and Manganese on Plasma Parameters of Holstein Bulls huaifei 2009, 25 (4):  1-5.  Abstract + ( 1494 )   PDF ( 516966KB )   ( 682 ) 【OBJECTIVE】The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different levels of copper and manganese on plasma antioxidation parameters of Holstein bulls. 【METHOD】Forty Holstein bulls were randomly divided into ten treatments. The control group was fed with basic diet the others were fed with three levels of copper 4, 8, 12mg/kg (on the basis of dry matter ) and three levels of manganese 50,125,200mg/kg (on the basis of dry matter ) in the basal diet Experimental design was used by 3 × 3 trial design. The experiment lasted 8 months. 【RESULTS】The results indicated that the activities of GSH-Px, SOD, Mn-SOD and the content of NO was the extremely significant（P<0.01）when basic diet was added different levels of copper and manganese , the significant difference of the activities of T-AOC and CuZn-SOD（P<0.05）, and not significant difference of the activities of CP, CAT and the content of MDA (P>0.05). 【CONCLUSION】It was concluded that basal diet supplementing with 4-8mg/kg copper and 50mg/kg manganese were the optimal supplementation in this experiment according to analysis of all blood antioxidation parameters.

  Efficacy of decoquinate against Eimeria tenella in AA broiler chickens 2009, 25 (4):  6-9.  Abstract + ( 1221 )   PDF ( 569586KB )   ( 648 ) The experiment was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of decoquinate against Eimeria tenella according to the anticoccidial index(ACI). The results demonstrated that decoquinate of different concentration have the different efficiency.The ACI of decoquinate group given at low dose(13.6 ppm in feed) is 181.29;the ACI of decoquinate group given at median dose(27.2 ppm in feed) is 182.65; the ACI of decoquinate group given at high dose(54.4 ppm in feed) is 181.61.The efficacy of combined decoquinate with Maduramcin and Toltrazuril is excellent.The respective ACI is 194.37 and 197.89.The results revealed Decoquinate has potential value as a broiler anticoccidial. It suggested that Decoquinate combinating with Maduramcin and Toltrazuril could enhance the efficacy.

  Research on the Polymorphism of Eight Reproduction Genes in F1 Generation of Hybrid Pig 2009, 25 (4):  10-13.  Abstract + ( 1429 )   PDF ( 555550KB )   ( 693 ) 【OBJECTIVE】to detect and analyze the group heredity of eight reproduction genes in F1 generation of wild boar and Large White pig, hope the result could be useful for crossbreed and marker assisted selection (MAS). 【METHOD】The genotypic frequencies and allele frequencies of eight genes related to reproduction, i.e. ESR, FSHβ, GPX5, FUT1, PRLR, NCOA1, OPN and RBP4 were tested in the 248 F1 generation hybrid pig (Large White ♀×wild boar♂) by PCR-RFLP. 【RESULTS】In F1 crossbred, ESR, FSHβ and PRLR predominance allele frequency had decrease trend, except FUT1 and GPX5, but NCOA1 and OPN’s were all higher than had been detected in crossbreds, only RBP4 was existed in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state. 【CONCLUSION】In breeding work of wild boar and domestic pig, it should select female parent group which contained highly predominance allele frequency of ESR、FSHβ and PRLR genes.

  Clone and sequence analysis of Hsc70t gene in mouse testis 2009, 25 (4):  14-17.  Abstract + ( 1381 )   PDF ( 1064055KB )   ( 660 ) Abstract: To obtain the open reading frame(ORF) of Hsc70t gene in mouse testis, the specific primers were designed according to Hsc70t gene order published in GenBank（GenBank accession No:NM_013558）, The total DNA was extracted from mouse testis, The Hsc70t gene was amplified by PCR from total DNA,and connectioned to pMD18-T vector , then sequencing and analysis were accomplished. Sequencing result showed the sequence contained 1926bp was obtained by PCR amplification. The sequence was embodied by GenBank, the Genbank accession number is EU549780, The similarity of nucleotide sequence was 99.9% approximately between the cloned gene and the mouse testis Hsc70t gene in Genbank, Comparison of the nucleotide sequence between mouse and the Rattus norvegicus, the Macaca mulatta, the Pan troglodytes, the Xenopus, the Homo, the Oryzias latipes by DNA Star, shows similarity score were 94.4％、85.4％、84.9％、72.7％、71.9％、67.1％, Phylogenetic analysis showed mouse had the closest genetic relationship with rattus norvegicus. The results confirmed that the Hsp70 has highly conservatism in different organisms and this trial provides a good foundation for further research and application of Hsc70t

  Inflammatory model of endometrial cells in Rabbits 2009, 25 (4):  18-20.  Abstract + ( 1496 )   PDF ( 2038268KB )   ( 971 ) Abstract: The primary cultured endometrial cells in rabbits were isolated and purified by collagenase digestion method, cultured in vitro, and induced inflammation by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The morphology and traditional inflammation factors of the cells were measured as the development criteria of inflammation. The cells were treated with gradient concentrations of LPS, the culture supernatants were collected in different period, and the contents of TNF-α, IL-1 β were determined by ELISA. The results showed that 100 ng/mL LPS was the optimal concentration to induce the inflammation of cultured endometrial cells. The supernatant TNF-α, IL-1 β in the inflammatory model group were higher than those in control at the same period (P<0.01), the inflammatory model of the endometrial cells was created successfully.

The MEF2a PCR primers was designed according to blast homologat the conserved regions.β-actin was used as loading controls.The results showed that the cardiac muscle and dorsal muscle mRNA levels were not significantly varied among different day, expect leg muscle (P<0.05). From 90d to 270d, MEF2a expressions level were significant varied among cardiac muscle, dorsal muscle and leg muscle (P<0.05), and the highest is leg muscle, the second is dorsal muscle, the lowest is cardiac muscle. It was deduced that the main function of MEF2a is to promote I myofibrillar formation and not to mediate cell differentiation during adult pig muscle

  Optimization of ISSR-PCR system in coconut(Cocos nucifera L.) 2009, 25 (4):  24-29.  Abstract + ( 1478 )   PDF ( 2958945KB )   ( 688 ) The coconut ISSR-PCR reaction system was optimized, we distilled the total DNA of two coconut cultivars that were Hainan Tall and Malaysia Tall, and the single factor experiment was designed which included five factors with five different concentrations and then the effect of the variations of these concentrations were studied. Meanwhile, we obtained the annealing temperature of primer 807, the result shows the optimal annealing temperature was 56℃, at last, the optimum reaction system for coconut consists of 0.5~2.0U Taq DNA polymerse, 2.5~3.0mmol/L 1 0×Taq Buffer(25mmol/L Mg2＋), 50ng template DNA, 0.2~0.5mmol/L dNTPs and 0.8~1.6μmol/L primer with total 20μL reaction solution.

  Establishment and Optimization of SRAP-PCR Amplification System in loofah 2009, 25 (4):  30-34.  Abstract + ( 1563 )   PDF ( 2299981KB )   ( 942 ) In this study, orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the key parameters (dNTPs、Taq polymerase、primer、template DNA) of SRAP-PCR amplification system in loofah（Luffa cylindrica (L.) M. Roem）. The results showed that the optimized reaction system included: DNA template 50ng, dNTPs 0.3mmol/L, primer 0.30μmol/L and Taq polymerase 1U in the 10ul total volume. This system is fit for the genome amplification of loofah and can be well used for the molecular biological research in loofah.

Three treatments（24h、48h and 72h） were done and morphologic and cytologic comparison between obtained variant plant and CK were studied. The results showed that the treatment of 48h was the best. Comparing with CK, leaf thickness was increased by 43.75%, length and width of stomata by 52.94% and 73.01% respectively, number of chloroplasts by 20.91%, diameter of flower by 22.96%, diameter of pollen by 22.47%, diameter of fruit by 23.66%. Leaf index was declined by 37.95%. By chromosome observation of pollen mother cells, it showed that the chromosome number of microspore in the variant plants is n=2x=36, but the chromosome number of microspore in CK is n=x=18, so it was tested that the variant plants were autotetraploid.

In this study, we took the most virulent isolate from Shanxi, named GLHW1, as the inoculum for optimized method screen. A factorial experiment was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of different screen method. Based on the results of present study, the inoculation procedure recommended to cabbage breeders is dipping root of cabbage seedling at the 3-true-leaf stage with a suspension of spores containing 1×106 spores per milliliter.

  Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Superoxide dismutase gene (MxSod2) in Malus xiaojinensis 2009, 25 (4):  43-46.  Abstract + ( 1173 )   PDF ( 833793KB )   ( 671 ) A superoxide dismutase gene was cloned by differential screening of the subtracted cDNA library and RACE from Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang, which was named MxSod2 (Accession No. DQ431473). The full-length cDNA of MxSod2 is 805 bp, including the open reading frame (ORF) of 471 bp. It encodes a protein of 157 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 15 kDa. The MxSod2 contained the conserved domains shared in all known SOD. The phylogenetic tree suggested that MxSod2 was closer to the SOD of non-graminaceous plants including longan and litchi, but farther with the SOD of peanut, rice and maize.

  Mature Embryo Culture in Waxy Maize 2009, 25 (4):  47-49.  Abstract + ( 1143 )   PDF ( 948648KB )   ( 788 ) Mature waxy maize embryos were cultured as explants in vitro, and the effects on callus induction and subculturing were investigated under culture mediums with different additives, such as plant hormones, AgNO3, organic compounds, etc. The results showed that the combination of N6 + 0.2mg/L 6-BA + 2mg/L 2,4-D could obtain the most calli of higher quality in the induction phase, while the combination of MS + 0.2mg/L 6-BA + 2mg/L 2,4-D +10mg/L AgNO3 or 10% CW could make sure the calli of higher quality further in the stage of subculturing.   An Analysis on Consumer Awareness of Safe Food and Purchase Behavior 2009, 25 (4):  50-54.  Abstract + ( 1449 )   PDF ( 889641KB )   ( 1157 ) Abstract: Based on data from a survey on fresh food consumption in Shanghai, this paper analyzes consumer awareness and purchase behavior of safety food. The results indicate that consumers concern about safety food and awareness levels are high but no deep understanding. In the factor analysis of awareness and purchase behavior for safety food, the variables such as gender, age, marriage, income, family scale all affect consumer’s awareness and purchase behavior for safe food. In the end, the paper suggests government should promote publicity of safe food, develop market for safe food and provide subsidy for production and management marketing of safe food.

  Effects of Allium macrostemon Bunge extracts on the preservation of Toona sinensis 2009, 25 (4):  55-58.  Abstract + ( 1370 )   PDF ( 809092KB )   ( 740 ) The effects of Allium macrostemon Bunge extracts on the fresh-keeping of Toona sinensis were studied by determinating the vitamin C,chlorophyll and the appearance changes. The results showed that the extracts of Allium macrostemon Bunge has significant effect on the preservation of Toona sinensis. It can prolong the fresh keeping time of Toona sinensis for over 7 days.The Allium macrostemon Bunge’s water extracts can decrease the rot rate and inhibit the loss of Vc in Toona sinensis, after 28 days, the intact rate is 89.6%, Vc preservation rate is 49.4%. When mixed with 6-BA, the ethanol extracts of Allium macrostemon Bunge can effectively reduce the defoliation rate as well as the rate of weight loss, delay chlorophyll degradation, after 28 days, the defoliation rate of Toona sinensis is20.3%, the weight and the chlorophyll loss rate is respectively 3.8% and 5.3%. The extracts of Allium macrostemon Bunge have the potential of being developed into natural vegetable preservatives.

Based on the result of single factor influence. The optimum prescription for fermentation was selected by orthogonal experiment L9(33). It was seen that the best condition prevention of discoloration of yam were, citric acid 0.3%, sodium D-ascorbate 0.1% and marinated 45min.

With the delaying of the harvest time, the content of oil increased the maximum value at first, and then dropped. The ranges of oil content of the six varieties varied from 0.37 to 0.87 percentage point, the oil content variation of Heinong44 reached very significant different level, Hefeng48 and Hefeng40 reached significant different level. The harvest time had the significant effect on the yield. The yield of four late-maturing varieties increased first, then decreased, and reached very significant different level, but the harvest time have little effect on the two early-maturing varieties.

  Variation of above-ground biomass of grasses and its relation with environmental factors in Diediegou Small Watershed of 2009, 25 (4):  82-87.  Abstract + ( 1341 )   PDF ( 849217KB )   ( 839 ) Based on field investigation and experimental data, the variation pattern of above-ground biomass of grasses and its relationships with environmental factors in the small Watershed of Diediegou in Liupan Mountains were studied. The results indicated that there is a significant difference in the biomass of plant communities along environmental gradient, On the Semi-sunny slope,the grass biomass increased gradually with the rising elevation, On the Semi-shady slope and sunny-slope showed: the grass biomass firstly increased and then decreased with the rising elevation;Among slope directions ,the grass biomass on semi-sunny slope is larger than that on Semi-shady slope, and that on sunny-slope is the lowest biomass; The variation of the biomass had a negatively correlation of the layer of 0-20cm, and a positive correlation with soil water content.

  Identification of Ginkgo biloba L. The results shows that The spectral features of these three woods are distinctively different. And the IR fingerprint spectra of Ginkgo wood have the two characters of broadleaf tree and conifer tree,comparatively speaking, more close to the conifer tree.The IR fingerprint spectra of six Ginkgo clones wood are distinctively different, and can be identified through Dual-Index Sequence Analysis of common peak ratio and variant peak ratio.

  Effects of Salicylic Acid on seeds Gernimation and Anti-cold of Hibiscus syriacus L Seedlings 2009, 25 (4):  93-96.  Abstract + ( 1517 )   PDF ( 537734KB )   ( 671 ) Abstract: The experiment studies the effects of SA on seeds germination and Anti-cold of Hibiscus syriacus L seedlings by using five different concentration ( 0.1 mg / L, 1 mg / L, 10 mg / L, 100 mg / L, 1000 mg / L )of Salicylic Acid(SA)to soak Hibiscus syriacus L Seeds. The results indicated that 10mg/L and 0.1mg/L SA improves the Hibiscus syriacus L Seeds germination rate(GR) and germination power(GP),but other concentration SA is prohibitive;the content of proteins and the content of carbobydrate were increased,while content of MDA was declined in Hibiscus syriacus L seedlings in 2℃.Result from cluster analysis shows that SA can enhance Anti-cold of Hibiscus syriacus L Seedlings, and 10 mg / L ～ 100 mg / L SA is the best treatment .

The results are as follows: There are 67 understory Plants among 11 forestry community types. Shrub plants are 19. Shrub layer’richness is higher than herb layer. Two kinds of diversity indexes show the similar trend. There are no certain laws between shrub and herb’evenness. Poplar forest and the mixed forest of Larch and Birch has the lest similarity among shrub layer. The mixed forest of Spruce and Birch and Birch forest、Birch forest and the mixed forest of Larch and Birch have the highest similarity.

  Studies on efficiency of fertilizer utilization in flue-cured tobacco with different fertilizer response 2009, 25 (4):  101-105.  Abstract + ( 1328 )   PDF ( 775247KB )   ( 577 ) Abstract：In the same nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer level condition, efficiency of fertilizer utilization in roots, stem and leaves with different fertilizer response and effect of different potassium fertilizer consumption on flue-cured tobacco growth was studied by field experiment. The results showed that leaf area index and dry matter accumulation in the aerial parts of the plant was effected largely by low potassium consumption but the effect by high potassium consumption was small. The dry matter accumulation total of low potassium consumption was higher significantly than control, however that of high potassium consumption was no significant different with the control. The efficiency of potassium fertilizer utilization of the aerial part was 20d<40d<60d. The efficiency of potassium fertilizer utilization of 20d and 40d was significant correlation with potassium consumption in exponent functional pattern. That of 60d was middle correlation with potassium consumption. The efficiency of potassium fertilizer utilization of roots was 20d<40d<60d<80d<100d. The efficiency of potassium fertilizer utilization of 20d roots was significant extremely correlation with potassium consumption in cubic curve pattern, that of 40d was high correlation in quadratic curve pattern, that of 60d and 100d was significant extremely correlation in exponent functional pattern and that of 80d was middle correlation in exponent functional pattern.

  Experiment Study on Flue-cured Tobacco Seedling Growing with Sand-matrix in Shed 2009, 25 (4):  106-110.  Abstract + ( 1353 )   PDF ( 1833265KB )   ( 927 ) Combined with the flue-cured tobacco seeding-condition of Southern Hunan Autonomous Prefecture, designed the experiment with four experimental treatments: normal-matrix seedling growing with float system、sand-matrix seedling growing with float system、normal-matrix seedling nursing in shallow water、sand-matrix seedling nursing in shallow water. Experimental results show that four treatments’s emergence rate of seedlings are over 90%.They have no significant difference. The seedling cost is respectively 88.46yuan/mu、86.22yuan/mu、 84.46yuan/mu、83.26yuan/mu. The emerging time of the sand-matrix seedling growing delay 4-6d compared with the normal-matrix seedling growing. And the proportion of the spiral root is different between them. The proportion of the sand-matrix seedling growings are 57.6%and 35.8%, while the normal-matrix seedling growing’s is only 0.5%. The quality of seedling of the normal-matrix seedling growing is better than the sand-matrix seedling growing. The weights per disc of them are 1.6KG/disc and 6.2KG. It is more difficult for people to transport in mountain area when the weight is high. Through the comprehensive comparison, the technique of sand-matrix seedling growing is disagree to popularize and apply in Southern Hunan Autonomous Prefecture tobacco area.

Through to each kind of cultivation pattern under the benefit analysis, indicated finally: The potato/bean is an good expert under 2:1 cultivation pattern economic efficiency, the potato/bean of HKE-1 interplanting net-income is 2546.79 Yuan /667m2, the potato/bean of HKE-2 interplanting net-incomes is highest, is 2678.11 Yuan /667m2, it suitable to be extended.

  Effects of Irrigation Methods and Film Mulching on Yield and Green Area of Winter Wheat 2009, 25 (4):  115-118.  Abstract + ( 1269 )   PDF ( 508639KB )   ( 569 ) In order to explore the technology and the corresponding effects of wheat water-saving cultivation, the impacts of irrigation method and film-mulching combination on yield and components, green area of stem, leaf, and spike were studied. The results indicated that both infiltration irrigation and film-mulching could raise yields, although their combination has more remarkable effect. Under controlling 459mm total water consumption condition, the 20cm and 40cm on infiltration irrigation and film-mulching increase the production by 20.34% and 20.16% than CK, and increase by11.11% and 13.67% with open-air and recharging deep water. Different treatments have remarkable effect on green area of stem, leaf and spike and their proportion. With different cultivation, non-leaf photosynthetic organs occupy proportion of total green area between 61.33%~62.69% in the flowering stage.

The results show that: the sowing date has the relationship of liner regression both the growth period and Speed of seeding . They are Y=9.8335*EXP(-0.019806*X)，R=0.9118*；Y=131.0100*EXP(-0.003249*X），R=0.9884*..And the daily mean temperature and the growth period have the relationship of liner regression: Y= 464.2999-14.2397X，R=0.9849*.All of the Equations will take more theoretical foundation for the suitable sowing date.

Cell structure of Zhimian 3 was normal and phloem of Lumian 6 was injured seriously under 0.1％ NaCl. Phloem of two varieties was injured seriously under 0.2％ NaCl. Results showed that the content of chemical compound effected differently by distinct genotypes of sprayed plant growth regulators. Yunyan87 is better than jiyan NO.9,and sprayed yunyan87 with the plant growth regulators on the topping day has better harmony chemical compound, and is good for initial quality of flue-cured tobacco.

Some physiological and biological changes were tested after14 days treatment. Under the osmotic stress, the chlorophyll and soluble sugar content of the transgenic plants were significant higher than those of control. By contrast a decreased content of proline was found in the the leaves of the transgenic plants. The results suggested that overexpressing BADH improved the osmotic resistance of Medicago sativa.

  The Effects of The Cu Menace to Physiological and Biochemical Index of The Two Breeds of Cole 2009, 25 (4):  137-139.  Abstract + ( 1542 )   PDF ( 608678KB )   ( 772 ) Having studied the biochemical index of germinating of the two breeds of cole in an artificial climate box, Aijiaohuang and Aikangqing, I have found that with the increasing concentration of the menace of Cu ion solution, the higher the exosmosis rate is, and the electrolyte exosmosis rate also rises gradually; that the cole seeds bred in the lower concentration of Cu menace contains more dissoluble glycogen, and with the increasing concentration of Cu ion solution, the dissoluble glycogen of the cole seeds is on the decrease; that the total amount of amylase and the activity of α-enzyme of the cole seeds are the highest level when the concentration of Cu ion solution is at 40μM, then, with the increase of the concentration, the activity of enzyme declines apparently; that the content and the accumulation of MDA in the seed are both on increase with the increasing of the concentration Cu ion solution.

The low temperature and poor light inside happened at cloudy and rainy weather. The low temperature and poor light inside happened at cloudy and rainy weather. The leaf chlorophyll content varied with different tomato varieties, variety “Meizhoubao” and “Tianfu168” higher in chlorophyll content and “Tianfu501” higher in Pn, which was consistent with tolerant capacity to temperature and poor light. The results showed that ‘Xuegan’, ‘Chachiensis’, ‘Ponkan’, ‘Fuju’, ‘Sichunongju’, ‘Eureka’ and P. trifoliata were relative aluminum (Al) tolerant, whose dry weight of roots, shoots and whole plants was not affected at the 1.6 mmol/L Al level; ‘Goutoucheng’, C. aurantium, C. limonia and citramelo were relative Al sensitive, whose growth of roots and/or shoots was inhibited at the 1.6 mmol/L Al level. ‘Wendanyou’ was the most Al sensitve of all these citrus species and cultivars and 0.2 mmol/L Al decreased significantly its dry weight of roots and whole plants. Al stress resulted in an increase in the ratio of root dry weight to shoot dry weight of ‘Chachiensis’, ‘Fuju’, ‘Sichunongju’, C. aurantium, and P. trifoliata seedlings, but did not affect sgnificantly the ratio of ‘Ponkan’, ‘Guotoucheng’, ‘Eureka’, C. limonia, ‘Wendanyou’ and citramelo seedlings. The content of total soluble matter of the three tomato changed with a single apex curve when treated with salinity concentration varied from 0.1 to 0.4 mol/L, Soluble sugar and organic acid in fruit increased compared with the contrast，the ratio of sugar to acid decreased. The yield of tomato fruit decreased under salt stress of Na2SO4，the firmness, the content of total soluble matter and organic acid in tomato fruit changed with the treatments，which lead to changes of quality of tomato fruit.

The pathogenicity of an isolate of the fungus Metarhizium anisopliae ,originally derived from Holotrichia oblita (Fald.) , against the larvae of them , was studied in the laboratory by immersing larvae into serial concentrations of the fungus. The results showed that the mortality of the larvae caused by infection of Metarhizium anisopliae increased with the concentration of conidial suspension and the time after treatment.The concentration treatment of 2.1×104、1.9×105、2.2×106、2.0×107、1.8×108 conidias / mL caused 20 %,65 %,90 %,100 % and 100 % mortality respectively. A time-dose-mortality model was used to analyze the bioassay data and the model fitted the data well , resulting in parameters for estimating the time and dose effects. The results explained the potential of the isolate of Metarhizium anisopliae for use in microbial control of the larvae of Holotrichia oblita (Fald.).

The optimal condition for conidia germination was 20～25℃, pH4～6 and relative humidity 100%. Conidia of pathogen will begin to germinate in water drop 3 hours later, and germinated thoroughly after 10 hours, the lethal temperature of conidia was 51℃ for 10 minutes.

Also, its leaf tissue structure was studied, the result was that the palisade tissue was consisted of two layers and is very thick, the spongy parenchyma is tight, and the epidermis wax is thick, too. Therefore, we infer that these Characteristics determine the pear scab can’t invade into the leaves of Zaojinxiang easily, and they play a role in resisting pear scab. That provide theoretical basis for pear breeding in resistance of pear scab.

Precursors of flue-tobacco leaves aromatic substances probably were main non-enzyme antioxidants. The quality of specific flue-tobacco leaves may be formed by defending oxidative stress. If studying it thoroughly the quality formed mechanism of specific flue-tobacco leaves would be revealed.

Samples were extracted with acetone and dichloromethane, followed by determination using NP GC. The result showed that the recovery rate was from 96.12% to 107.28% for the rice plant, 78.5%～91.7% for the soil, and 80.3%～96.5% for the water samples with coefficients of variation of 6.43%～8.71%, 6.39%～9.15% and 3.23%～6.76%, respectively. The minimum detectable limits of the method were 1.79×10-11g. The minimum detectable concentration of Malathion was 0.009mg/kg for rice plant, 0.020mg/kg for soil samples and 0.005 mg/kg for water samples. The degradation half-life of Malathion within the rice plant, soil and water samples, two experiments conducted in Hunan and Zhejiang Province in 2006, was 1.60～3.77 days, 3.76～3.97 days and 0.90～1.02 days, respectively. Similarly, the degradation half-life of Malathion within the rice plant, soil and water samples, two experiments conducted in Hunan and Zhejiang Province in 2007, was 2.87～3.04 days, 8.10～10.70 days, 0.46～1.07 days, respectively. It was found that Malathion degrades faster in water samples than in rice plant and soil.

The results of this experiment show that the adsorption of cadmium on goethite is intense, and the adsorption is more intense under the condition which have both goethite and fulvic acid. The research shows that the FA-goethite coexistensive system is quite effectual in the way of controlling the heavy metal pollution of cadmium.

  Study on adsorption of lead(Ⅱ) and cadmium(Ⅱ) from waste water with waste tea 2009, 25 (4):  256-259.  Abstract + ( 1436 )   PDF ( 531280KB )   ( 585 ) The influence of adsorption time, pH, and ion original concentration of lead and cadmium on the ions adsorption with tea waste by single-factor experimental method was studied in this paper, and drew the curve of three influencing factors on adsorption rate and adsorption quantity. The result showed that the absorption rate and absorption quantity with tea waste on the absorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+ are increased with the raising of adsorption time, which get 72.13%、3.56mg/g, 93.75% and 4.69mg/g at last. The adsorption quantity both increased with the raising of concentration of Pb2+ and Cd2+, which get 4.06mg/g and 4.71mg/g , the adsorption rate of Pb2+ reduced but the adsorption rate of Cd2+ increased. The curve of absorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+ first and then decreased with the raising of pH, and the optimum are 5 and 7. The waste tea has good removal efficiency in Pb2+ and Cd2+ in waste water by changing the Pb2+ and Cd2+ ion of the initial concentration, adsorption time and adjusts the solution pH.

The results showed that there were 27 species. The observation on turf character in 14 species , there are six species that can utilize as turfgrass, such as C. stenophylloides V. Krecz., C. enervis C.A.Mey., C. leiorhyncha C.A.Mey., C. heterostachya Bge., C. duriuscula C. A.Mey. and C. subpediformis Suto et Suzuki. .

  The impact of meteorological conditions on growth of Calophyllum inophyllum L. in Hainan 2009, 25 (4):  266-269.  Abstract + ( 1216 )   PDF ( 532250KB )   ( 672 ) Analyses the relationship between the growth of Calophyllum inophyllum L. and the meteorological conditions.Through simple correlation and progressive regression analysis, with circs of leaves growth, sets up the mathematical simulation model between diameter, height growth of Calophyllum inophyllum L.and meteorological conditions, educes the appropriate meteorological conditions indexes of Calophyllum inophyllum L.. Researches that Calophyllum inophyllum L grows best under the following conditions:the monthly average temperature above 25℃, monthly minimum temperature below 18 ℃, monthly precipitation over 160 mm.. suface temperature below 33 ℃, amount of evaporation below 200mm. It appears no pullulation of Calophyllum inophyllum L. when monthly minimum temperature below 10 ℃ and monthly precipitation below 50 mm.

  Identification of Pathogenic Aeromonas from Sinvnovacula constricta by Molecular Biology 2009, 25 (4):  270-273.  Abstract + ( 1281 )   PDF ( 562544KB )   ( 643 ) One pathogenic strain originally isolated from Sinvnovacula constricta was named 12#. 16S rDNA of strain 12# was amplified by PCR and the full-length of 16S rDNA sequence was determined. Using the NCBI BLAST database, this sequence was compared. The 16S rDNA sequence analysis indicated that strain 12# shared above 95% homology with some Aeromonas punctata. In the hylogenetic framework of bacterial classification, the strain 12# belongs to Aeromonas punctata. In phylogenetic tree, it was concluded that stain 12# and Aeromonas punctata sequences constituted a branch and this strain shared above 99% 16S rDNA sequence homology with Aeromonas punctata.   Assessing Ability Purified of Physical Method Processing Cultivation Waste Water 2009, 25 (4):  274-276.  Abstract + ( 1109 )   PDF ( 885537KB )   ( 610 ) A sample water treatment system was designed to estimate its effect in this study. Methods including Settlement, filtration and separation were used to treat waste water. The efficiency of treatment system showed that the average removal of 72.9% COD, 91.6% TSS, 26.1% NH4-N, 30.3% NO2-N, and 17.4% PO4-P were estimated. The results indicated that the water treatment system was practicable technically.
