  Research on Application of Soybean Bioactive Components ——Soybean Phoshatidean and Soybean Peptide in Feed of Boiler Chicken 2009, 25 (3):  0-07.  Abstract + ( 1276 )   PDF ( 2843420KB )   ( 795 ) One hundred and twenty broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 5 chicken in each replicate. We studied influence on performance and body quality of broiler chicken by using soybean phoshatide to take the place of 0.5%,1% and 1.5% corn of basal daily grain. Conclusion indicated boiler chicken forty-two days adding weight improved 2.1%, 4.4% and 8.7%,feed changing rates raised 3.5%,5.2% and 8.1%, raising costs fell 2.3%,3.5% and 5.8%, chest muscle rates improved 14.7%,0.9% and -0.49%, belly fat rates improved 11.06%,20.28% and 44.75 by using soybean phoshatide to take the place of corn in daily grain. At the same time, one hundred and eighty broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 5 chicken in each replicate. Group A was the control Group, B, C, D, E and F were supplemented with antibiotic, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% bioactive soybean peptide (BSP) respectively. The results showed that the BSP could improve daily weight gain, daily feed intake and slaughter rate, and save feed cost. The study indicated that BSP could be used in broiler production effectively and led to better results than anbiotic. The optimum amount of the supplement was 0.6%.

The result showed that Sushu 8 had higher economic output and excellent characters,Sushu 8 variety could be extended in Yuxi City.

  Nutrient Digestibility and Productive Performance of Beef Fed Diet with Treated Cornstalks and Concentrate 2009, 25 (3):  8-12.  Abstract + ( 1439 )   PDF ( 603953KB )   ( 1708 ) Sixteen crossbred feedlot beef were selected to investigate the nutrient digestible and economical efficiency effects of three differently processed corn stalk and dry corn stalk. The animal randomly divided in to four groups including dry stalks silage, microbial fermented, ammonianized stalks and dry stalks( control group ), The digestible experiment result showed that voluntary intake of digestible organ matter was higher(p<0.05) in animals consuming treatment stalk. The nutrient digestibility of total tract were no significant (p>0.05) difference among the processed corn stalk and dry corn stalk. The growth trials beefs fed treated corn stalk diets gained faster and tended to be more efficient than those fed the dry corn stalk diets. However, the fattening result of ammonianized stalks improved beef performance and had a good economic return.

  Construction and identification of GFP reporter vectors driven by chicken CVH gene promoters 2009, 25 (3):  13-17.  Abstract + ( 1561 )   PDF ( 742026KB )   ( 756 ) In chicken, the distribution of CVH transcripts is restricted to the germ cell lineage, making it a useful indicator of PGCs. In order to label live PGCs , we cloned and characterized the chicken1.6kb CVH gene promoter regions. TATA box and CAAT box-like elements were found in the sequence，and GC domains were rich in the far upsteam of the promoter. The GFP reporter vectors (pCVH-EGFP) driven by CVH gene promoters was constructed. The blastodermal cell and CEF cell were transfected respectively by LipofectamineTM2000 with pCVH-EGFP for transient expression. The GFP-labeled positive blastodermal cells were first observed 12 h post-tranfection and increased with the post-transfection time (in 24 h). GFP-labeled and non-labeled cells from X blastoderm were large and round with the same characters of morphology. The GFP protein was not expressed in CEF cell .Our results suggested that the CVH promoter regions have specific activity in stage X blastoderm. It is possiblely to develop a method for labeling chicken PGCs with GFP and subsequently to sort viable GFP-positive PGC from somatic cell by flow cytometry. This should be extremely useful for applications of PGC transplantation

  Study on Pathogenicity and Immunogenicity of Porcine Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae ApxⅠtoxin 2009, 25 (3):  18-22.  Abstract + ( 1241 )   PDF ( 1901274KB )   ( 671 ) The Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 10 strain which was isolated from Shandong province had been cultivated in the LB medium containing 0.02%NAD、5% Newborn Calf Serum、1mM CaCl2 .The ApxⅠtoxin was purified by precipitation with ammonium sulfate and chromatography on Sephadex G-200. In the Pathogenicity experiment, Karber’s method was used to test the LD50 of the ApxⅠtoxin in mice by intraperitioneally injection. To study the ApxⅠtoxin’s immunoprotection, the purified ApxⅠtoxin was emulsified with Freund’s adjuvant and vaccinated the mice twice with a 2-week of interval. Two weeks after the second vaccination, the mice were challenged intraperitioneally with APP serotype 10.The mice were immunized at 30 days and 45 days with the optimization immunizing dose, then the mice were challenged with the APP of serotype 1,3,5 and 7 at 60 days. The result of the LD50 of the ApxⅠtoxin injection in mice was 80.9mg/Kg, with a 95% confidence limit of 63.2 mg/kg ~103.5 mg/kg; the ApxⅠtoxin had a good immunogenicity and 40μg per mouse was the optimization immunizing dose.

According to the latest development of the lignin researching field, we summarized the probably pathway of lignin biosynthesis and mainly introduced the genetics study on some important enzymes such as PAL, C4H, COMT, CCoAOMT, C3H, F5H, 4CL, CCR and CAD etc., and simply depicted the cellular and subcellular localization of PAL, C4H, COMT, CCoAOMT. At last we generalized the problems and prospects of the enzymology studies field of lignin biosynthesis, and supposed the probably potential application value of these fields in oil-seed research realm.

In view of the current research and environmental release of worldwide, the risk of gene flow between transgenic rapeseed and its relative species was generally assessed. We concluded that the possibility of gene flow from transgenic rapeseed to its wild weedy relatives was relatively low, and key to control gene flow from transgenic B.napus may be reducing the transmission probability of transgene to B.rapa and B.juncea under China environment.

As far as the average heterosis of different cross combinations was concerned, both F1 and F2 genarations expressed negative over male-parent heterosis in plant height and technical length traits, however, positive over male-parent heterosis existed obviously in yield traits, including fruits per plant、seeds per fruit、1000-seed weight and seeds yield per plant. Compared with F1 generations , the average heterosis of F2 generations was lower.The order of heterosis is seed yield per plant＞fruits per plant＞1000-seed weight＞seeds per fruit. The heterosis expression of F1 and F2 generations from different cross combinations was different. The heterosis of 1S ×Heiya No.15 in yield traits was the largest among the six cross combinations not only in F1 genarations but also in F2 genarations.

  Study on Preparation and Antioxidant Activity of Extract from Indocalamus leaves 2009, 25 (3):  45-48.  Abstract + ( 1311 )   PDF ( 661594KB )   ( 660 ) Abstract: By using the method of boiling-water extraction、ethanol extraction and orthogonal, the water-soluble and extracts ethanol-soluble extracts were obtained from Indocalamus leaves, and the results showed that when the water-soluble extraction condition was at the ratio of material 15g to liquid 200ml, extracting temperature 110℃ and extracting time 120min, the absorbance tested was highest. The ethanol-soluble extraction condition was extracting time 90min , extracting temperature 110℃,and quality score 90%, and the absorbance tested was highest. In the experiment of scavenging activity to O2-,the concentration of water-soluble extracts between 0.4～51.2mg/ml showed growing tendency, when the concentration was 51.2mg/ml,the scavenging rate was 33.33%. The ethanol-soluble extracts showed negative growing tendency. In the experiment of scavenging activity to •OH, the concentration of water-soluble extracts between 0.4～51.2mg/ml showed growing tendency, when the concentration was 51.2mg/ml,the scavenging rate was 13.88%. The ethanol-soluble extracts showed negative growing tendency. When the concentration exceed 6.4mg/ml, negative growing tendency was significant, even reached -93.75%. In conclusion, the water-soluble extracts of Indocalamus leaves had relatively strong antioxidant activity, so its application value is wide.

Food security & food safety (FS) is related to individual, family, social and national development. The latest research results on the concept and harm of FS were summarized, and the reasons leading to FS and the relationship between FS and fertilization were emphasized. The corresponding viewpoints and countermeasures were finally put forward as follows: ① The issues of food security and food safety have been existing in China. ② The essential reason why food safety emergency frequently occurred was the interest, and thus illegal activities must be forbidden. ③ There were more advantages than disadvantages as for the effects of rational fertilization on food security & food safety. The emphasis should be given on how to improve the availability of fertilizers.

It shows that MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5mg/L NAA + 1.0mg/L KT + 0.1mg/L 2,4-D hormone combination promote the generation of the regeneration system. The callus, adventitious root and bud is induced after certain days. The regeneration system shows high differentiation efficiency, and averagely 21.8 seedlings are induced from 1cm2 leaf explant. “One-step method” induced Oxalis triangularis purpurea regeneration system may reduce the workload effectively, moreover, with a characteristic of high efficiency induced regeneration seedlings, which is propitious to Oxalis triangularis purpurea breed large quantitively.

Results showed that the activities of defense enzymes, such as phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL), catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),was measured in leaves.The maximum of peaks of PAL,CAT and SOD activities were enhanced by 44.0%,12.8%,34.0% over contral, Trichoderma viride strain Tv04-2 showed great potential in promoting the disease resistance of ginseng.

The results indicated that maize kernel rate was mainly controlled by dominance effects, and secondly by additive effects. At the same time, Genotype×environment effects had significant influence on different genetic systems of kernel rate, such as additive×environment, dominance×environment, maternal×environment. Environment has great influence on selection effect for kernel rate, it is suitable to select on later generation. In the maize breeding, the maize parent was selected to cross according to predicted genetic effects of kernel rate of maize parents under different environments, in order to breed new hybrids for different or special area, then enhance breeding effect efficiency for kernel rate trait.

Total 51.45 millions of economical benefit the street trees produced annually was accounted, among 89% was from rainfallIntercept by tree canopy; the benefit of C storage of biomass was evaluated as 7.59 millions RMB; The highest value of ecological benefit for anIndividual tree was produced by Platanus acerifolia, then Koelreuteria paniculata, Sophora japonica and Sapium sebiferumIn order., because these 4 species have had more big trees (dbh>30cm).   Effects of high temperature stress on photosynthesis in Ficus concinna var. subsessilis 2009, 25 (3):  83-87.  Abstract + ( 1306 )   PDF ( 971102KB )   ( 702 ) We explored the gas exchange, chlorophyll fluorescence properties and Rubisco activity in Ficus concinna var.subsessilis under high temperature stress. The results showed that with continueing of high temperature, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in Ficus concinna was decreased, and the stomatal conductance (Gs) was slightly decreased. The transpiration rate (E) was increased after the 4 d of treatment, and then maintained stable, while the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was rather stable, which indicated that the decreased Pn under high temperature stress was not resulted from the decrease of stomatal conductance. Further studies showed that the efficiency of energy conversion of open PSⅡ (Fv′/ Fm′), the actual efficiency of total PSII centers (ΦPSⅡ), photochemical quenching (qP), and electron transport rate (ETR) was decreased. and the non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) were increased after the 12 d of high temperature stress, and then was slightly decreased. There results suggested that that primary limitation of Pn was suppression of Rubisco activity, thereby the PSII activity and the electron transport were decreased.

The result showed the tendency of physiological and biochemical indexes in three seedlings in different drought condition were general similar, but the variation level of indexes in three seedlings were different. By coordinate composite evaluation, the results indicated that the drought resistance ability of A. longipes seedlings were first, the A. sinense seedlings were second and the A. oliverianum seedlings were inferior. Thereby the result can provide scientific basis for north to introduce landscape trees.

  The Analysis of Culm Lodging Resistance in Main Wheat Cultivars in the Plain of the Yangtze-Huai Rivers 2009, 25 (3):  108-111.  Abstract + ( 1147 )   PDF ( 576065KB )   ( 1511 ) 8 main wheat cultivars in the plain of the Yangtze-Huai Rivers were used to analysis the characteristics of lodging resistance and yields of different cultivars. The results showed that Yannong19, Zhengmai004, Pingan6 and Zhoumai22 grew well without lodging in the whole growth seasons; Yanzhan4110, Xinmai18 and Wanmai50 appeared 1 degree lodging (the angle between culm and ground was 75°-45°) at milk stage; but Wanmai19 appeared 2 degree lodging (the angle between culm and ground was 45°-20°) at milk stage and the lodging percentage was 17.62%. The height of plant and gravity center, length and dry matter output rate of basal internodes of Wanmai19 were higher than that of 0 degree lodging cultivars and 1 degree lodging cultivars, and goes against lodging resistance. The height of plant and gravity center of Yannong19 were moderate, the mechanical strength of basal intenodes were bigger, and the dry matter of that output relatively slowly before milk stage but rapid after milk stage, all those beneficial to lodging resistance and high yield. So, Yannong19 and Zhoumai22 gain high yield while lodging resistance in the plain of the Yangtze-Huai Rivers.

L.) with different types of seed yield.METHODUnder different soil fertility conditions, 73 and 98 conventional rapeseed cultivars were cultured in 2006-2007 and 2007-2008, respectively. Through testing dry matter weight and the nitrogen content of different organs, The tested rapeseed cultivars were classified into 6 types based on seed yield by the MinSSw method, to study their characteristics of nitrogen accumulation and distribution.RESULTSThe results indicated that difference of seed yield in different types varied significantly. With increasing of seed yield, the total nitrogen amount of plant and nitrogen utilization efficiency for grain production increased. With increasing of seed yield, the nitrogen accumulation amount of seed increased, the ratio of nitrogen accumulation of stem and branches and shell to total nitrogen amount of plant reduced, and the ratio of nitrogen accumulation of seed to total nitrogen amount of plant increased. With increasing of soil fertility, the total amount of nitrogen accumulation increased, but the nitrogen utilization efficiency for grain production induced.CONCLUSIONTo get high seed yield and high nitrogen utilization efficiency in rapeseed production, increasing the total nitrogen amount of plant and making nitrogen translocate from nutritious organs to seed.

We determine the effect of the six periods on the chemical quality yield and quality character of the soybeans, in order to refer the basic of soybean produce theory. Though the experiment of dynamic sampling and surveying nine properties of Dongnong42 soybeans among conformation and yield quality character in six different seeding periods, and use Excel and Spss10.0 to statistically analyzing the materials. Though Dongnong42 in different seeding periods dynamic regular researching show that the effect of different seeding periods on the quality character , chemical quality yield and morphology character are quite much. When the seeding period postpone quality character protein content rise ,oil content decrease in the chemical quality yield, single plant pod quantity, the ration of fresh grain to fresh pod begin to decline, and the ration of main stem low. But effect of circumstances of ray, temperature and precipitation on other characters are striking. Such as plant tall, the average weight of fresh grain and the average weight of fresh pod. The test show that: soybean suitable seeding period in Harbin region HLJ province is from April end to May beginning and middle. If the seeding period is too late, the soybean yield would be terribly effected.

The content of 30ml per bottle show the highest proliferation rate and the higher usage of culture medium, the contrary result will appear when preponderate over the content of 30ml per bottle, but the increase weight of single seedling. For the losing of medium by sterilization, seedling SO2 resistance and other effects, it’s considered the content of 25~30ml per bottle is fit for production of tissue culture seedling. The varieties of Williams B6 and Brazil banana show the higher SO2 sensitivity compare with the powder plantain and plantain when the Na2SO3 concentration reaches 15g/100ml. The result will benefit standard production and planting management of tissue culture seedling of banana against SO2 adversity.

The field experiments were studied on paddy soil which was derived from quaternary red clay and alluvial deposit, and there were four treatments. The results showed that: application of phosphorus fertilizer increased the rice yield on moderate deficiency P paddy soil and severe deficiency P paddy soil. The yield increase of phosphorus application was greater in early rice than in late rice. Application of phosphorus fertilizer increased early rice yield by 6.3% and late rice by 6.1% on moderate deficiency P paddy soil. Application of phosphorus fertilizer increased early rice yield by17.9% and late rice by 10.5% on severe deficiency P paddy soil. The percentage of increasing yield was in the order: severe P deficiency soil> moderate deficiency P soil; early rice>late rice; phosphorus fertilizer with rice straw > phosphorus fertilizer alone. Percentage of increasing yield was higher in the combined application of phosphorus fertilizer with rice straw than in the phosphate fertilizer alone. Continuous application of phosphate fertilizer and combined application of phosphate fertilizer with rice straw could increase available P content in the soil, of which, the treatment with combined application of phosphate fertilizer with rice straw was best. After 2 years of combined application of phosphate fertilizer with rice straw, available P content in the soil was increased by 50.4% in the moderate deficiency soil, and 91.4% in the sever deficiency P soil. The phosphate fertilizer application and combined application of phosphate fertilizer with rice straw help to improve the rice yield, phosphorus uptake and soil P supplying capacity in the moderate and the sever deficiency P soil.

Two fertilization treatments were set up (N 150 kg/ha、P2O5 75 kg/ha、K2O 90 kg/ha and CK) with four replicates. The results showed that application of N,P,K fertilizers remarkably increased grain yields ,weights of dry matters, and N, P and K contents and accumulates. Whatever fertilization levels, the above-ground dry matter accumulate increased with the growth stages and showed a typical S-shape. There were a peaks of dry matter accumulation occurred at filling stages and account for about 50% of total accumulation. The content of N in plants showed a downward tendency with growth stages; the content of P law of spring millet appeared“W”model; the content of K in plants showed a unimodal curve during the growing stage ,and reached the maximum at jointing stages. Under all experimental condition, N, P and K accumulation increased with both growth stages and fertilization rates, and the proportion of nutrient accumulate at different growth stages was almost same. On average, N,P,K uptake accounted for 1%-3% of the total uptake at seedling stages. During jointing period, the absorbed rates accounted for 30%, 20%, 37%, respectively, which the K uptake was highest at this stages comparing with the others. The absorbed rates accounted for 22%, 21%, 34% at pregnant ear stage, for 43%、53%、23% at heading and filling stages which the N, P uptake was highest at this stages comparing with the others, for 3%~5% at ripening stages. The uptake rates of N, P, K by plants were significantly positive correlated with the accumulated rates of dry matters, but were significantly negative correlated with the contents of N, K in plants either high fertility or low fertility.

In addition, the PAL activities were increased in the leaf that are upper or lower than the inoculated leaf. The results showed that the contents of MDA in the roots and leaves treated by ZJH-10 are lower than those of other treatments to some extent and reached their minimum on 5th.The contents of protein, soluble sugar and Vc in roots treated by ZJH-10 obviously increased higher than those of other treatments and reached their maximum on 5th, 3rd and 5th in roots, and the contents of these substances in leaves were accorded with those of substances in roots. Moreover, the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid in leaves treated by ZJH-10 obviously increased higher than those of other treatments and reached their maximum on 3rd. Accordingly, biocontrol bacteria ZJH-10 may enhance the resistances to gray mould by changing the content of these substances.

Using growth rate methods, antifungal activity of A. julibrissin leaves was researched in this experiment. The results showed that the ethanol extract from leaves of A. julibrissin was effective against Valsa mali，Botrytis cinerea，Rhizoctonia solani and Colletotrichum capsici. The inhibition rates were 84.62，68.42，55.4 and 48.81% at 5.00 mg•mL-1, respectively. The antifungal activities of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol partition and water from ethanol extracts showed that the most activity components were distributed in n-butanol extracts. The EC50 of n-butanol partition were 0.012 mg•mL-1 against V. mali. The n-butanol was the most active partition and could be acted as the emphases for further study.

The result of the dual-culture test showed that all of the plant pathogens of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium moniliforme, Magnaporthe grisea,Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Alternaria solani,Botrytis cinerea and Fusariumoxysporum were inhibited strongly by fermentaion broth of strain NJ-18. And The fermentaion broth of NJ-18 also exhibited protective and curative activity in controlling wheat powdery mildew in potted plant test, with efficacy 96.1% and 88.3%, respectively. 200-fold diluent of the fermentaion broth gave good control efficacy of 58.8% and 51.4% respectively in the protective and curative activity test.

The results suggested that soil bulk density in topsoil (0—20 cm) under different land use types followed the order that Pumica granatum stand in valley (1.16 g/cm3）﹤Pumica granatum stand in middle slope（1.27 g/cm3）﹤terraced field in valley（1.30 g/cm3）﹤grassland in middle slope (1.32 g/cm3). The soil bulk density in middle slope was higher than that in the valley. There was no significant difference in the soil bulk densities of plough layers (0-20) in terraced field, grassland and Pumica granatum stand. Pumica granatum stand in valley had the lowest soil bulk density (1.32 g/cm3), while grassland in middle slope had the highest soil bulk density (1.56g/cm3). The soil bulk density of deep soil (40-60cm) at the same slope position showed no significant difference. Soil bulk density increased with the increase of soil depth. But the soil bulk densities of terraced field in valley and grassland in middle slope reached their lowest value at the 10-20cm layer. The soil bulk densities of 0-5cm layer and 10-20cm layer showed moderate spatial variability statistically, while that of other soil layers showed smaller spatial variability. This paper only probed the spatial variability characteristics originated from land use types and slope positions. Other factors that caused spatial variability need further investigation.

Hypha and arbuscular colonization have same orders in the two breeds, fastigium occurred in summer and low occurred in late spring and early summer, spore peak produced in summer in the Rhizospere of Puerraria lobata. Spore density had positive correlation with abuscular colonization, the minimum value appears in the winter, and the maximum appears in the summer; consist with the growth prosperous of lobata.

According to the results, soil type and sampling date have significant effects (P＜0.05) both on soil microbial biomass C and N. In the six different soil types the highest soil microbial biomass C was found in Yellow clayey soil (YCS) and the lowest value in Alluvial sandy soil (ASS), values averaged across the year were 450.8 and 60.8 mg kg-1, respectively. When arranged in a decreasing order, it was Yellow clayey soil (YCS) ＞Purple clayey soil (PCS)＞Granitic sandy soil (GSS)＞Red clayey soil (RCS)＞Grey clayey soil (GCS)＞Alluvial sandy soil (ASS). Ryegrass increased soil organic matter and microbial biomass C and N significantly (P＜0.05) compared with CK(fallow). All the treatments followed a similar seasonal trend in soil microbial biomass: greater values were found at maturity stage and at middle-rice season while the lower values were found at tilling stage and at early-rice season. We thus concluded that soil microbial activities were related to crop stages and the microbial biomass was affected by a complicity of factors including soil type, nutrient availability and crop management. Ryegrass could increase soil organic matter and microbial biomass significantly, especially in soils with a high organic degradation rate and low available nutrient contents.

The total loss is 122.545 thousand million, which is equivalent to 0.89% and 6.20% of the GDP and agricultural gross domestic product in 2004. The results showed that within the range of cadmium concentration tested， Cd2+ adsorption was increased with the increase of its initial concentration， and the compound colloid had a higher Cd2+ adsorption capacity than goethite and humic acid. The adsorption isotherms of Cd2+ by the three samples could significantly confirm to Langmuir，Freundlich and Linear equation， while Langmuir was the best one. The maximum adsorption of Cd2+ by the three tested samples was 41.667，38.461，45.455 mg/g，respectively，according to Langmuir equation. The compound colloid had a lower Cd2+ desorption rates than goethite and humic acid， which was only 1.068% as compared to 5.871% from goethite and 5.918% from humic acid， indicating that compound colloid had a higher adsorption strength for cadmium. The kinetics of Cd2+ adsorption reactions by the three tested samples could be divided into two stages, namely the fast adsorption process with 4 hours, which could reach 90%~95% of the equilibrium, and a slow adsorption process afterwards.

LF-1 2009, 25 (3):  265-270.  Abstract + ( 1713 )   PDF ( 861044KB )   ( 804 ) In order to obtain the strains of effectively degrading cypermethrin, the bioremediation bacteria were enriched and isolated from cypermethrin contaminated soil. Three predominant bacteria were obtained, and named as LF-1, LF-2 and LF-3. Of these, the LF-1 was selected for further study for biggest potential of cypermethrin degradation. LF-1 was identified as a member of kurthia sp. based on its biochemical characteristics and homology of 16SrDNA sequence (Genbank Accession No. EU677769). The cypermethrin quantity was analyzed accurately by GC with µECD. The results showed 35℃, pH 7 were the optimum degradation conditions, respectively. LF-1 could degrade cypermethrin up to 80.15% in a concentration of 100 mg/L within 8 d, and also degrade fenpropathrin, bifenthrin effectively. The plasmid cured strain could not degrade cypermethrin, which indicated that the degradation gene was probably involved in plasmid. The degradation characters showed the potential to be used in a bioremediation application in agriculture.

  Primary Study on Physiological Characteristics of Tapped Reyan 8-79 at High Exlploition Stage 2009, 25 (3):  275-278.  Abstract + ( 1254 )   PDF ( 1341490KB )   ( 586 ) With early maturing， high yield and moderate scale rubber clone Reyan 8-79 at high exlploition stage as the material，dynamic rules of dry rubber content ， contents of sucrose，phosphorus ，thiol and Mg2+ were studied in this experiment which hoped to explorer physiological characteristics and adaptability to lower frequency tapping system 。The results showed that : Relative to basically phiological equilibrium clone RRIM600,it had many excellent physiological characteristics of high sugar and yield without stimulation ; in the condition of stimulaton system of s/2d/3+ET1%, the yield increased insignificantly, whereas latex stability enhanced, tire effects of decreasing low contents of sugar and dry rubber appeared in the same time. According to the clone characteristics of high yield, easily bark dryness, lower tapping frequencies ,smaller dosages should be taken in tapping production while combined with strengthening fertilizer, improving management level.

  Cluster analysis of drought resistance in Hexaploid Triticale 2009, 25 (3):  283-287.  Abstract + ( 1406 )   PDF ( 764355KB )   ( 595 ) The germinating potential, germination rate, Coleoptile length, radicle length and the activities of SOD and POD, relative water content and MDA content in 10 hexaploid triticale varieties were analyzed under 20%PEG-6000(W/V) stress, then drought-resistance coefficient of each trait was calculated. After clustered according to drought-resistance coefficient , 10 varieties were divided into two main groups: one group is S1, S3, S5, S8, S10, which has strong draught-resistant; The other group is S2, S4, S6, S7, S9, which has weak draught-resistant. On the other hand, 10 varieties were divided into three groups: S4, S5; S1, S2, S3, S6, S7, S8, S9; S10; using RAPD markers, based on 0.34 threshold value. In comparison with two clustering results, the strong draught-resistant varieties were scattered in three groups clustered on RAPD markers, indicating that these molecular markers are not related to draught resistance of the varieties. However, the results also showed that these drought-resistant varieties have quite different genetic diversity, which can provide a theoretical basis for using these variety resources in wheat or triticale’s draught-resistant breeding.

The results of AFLP silver-staining analysis system in Commom Carp was as follows: blood cell DNA Extraction, MseI and EcoRI double enzyme digestion at 37℃ for 5h; E+A and M+C as preamplification primers; 1：8 for E+3／M+3 selective primer in 25 PCR reaction volume, touch-down PCR procedure for the high efficiency. We got 8 polymorphic selective primers from 64 pairs, which will lay a foundation for future research in the development of Commom Carp breed resources.

  A study on mercury contamination in fish from Qingdao City 2009, 25 (3):  293-296.  Abstract + ( 1283 )   PDF ( 687217KB )   ( 938 ) In May 2007, 102 fish of 16 species were collected from 2 sample spots from the Qingdao City and the total mercury concentrations of samples were detected. In this investigation, the result indicated that the range of the total mercury concentrations in fish was 0.049-0.157mg/kg and the average mercury value in fish did not exceed the background value of mercury concentrations in fish in this area and there were no samples whose total mercury value was not in the excess of the standard set by Chinese government. Therefore, the release of total mercury from the sediment in the different kinds of water body is the significant sources for the total mercury contamination in fish in Qingdao City. There was significant difference on the total mercury concentrations in Ctenopharyngodon idellus, Carassius auratusgibeliv, Parasiburusasvtus, Sardina pilchardus collected from region Chengyang and Shinan, while the mercury concentrations in fish, such as Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, Ooctopus ocellatus, Psendosciaena polyactis, were similar. In all the samples, the trend of the total mercury in fish samples collected from region Chengyang was following: Ooctopus ocellatus > Hypophthalmichthys molitrix > Psendosciaena polyactis> Sardina pilchardus> Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus> Carassius auratusgibeliv > Parasiburusasvtus > Sepiella maindroni > Paralichthysolivaceus > Ctenophar yngodon idellus > Mallotus villosus > Trichiurus haumela > Loligo Chinensis > Aristichthys noyilis > Glyptonotus antarcticus> Sardina pilchardus > Protosalanx hyalocranius > Carassius auratusgibeliv. Moreover, the trend of mercury contents in fish samples collected from region Shinan was following: Psendosciaena polyactis > Ooctopus ocellatus > Ctenopharyngodon idellus > Parasiburusasvtus > Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus. The conclusions from this research pointed that the law for mercury distribution in the different species of fish was: the concentration of mercury in fish in the bottom of the river>that of fish in the surface of the river; and that of predatorial fish>that of herbivorous fish.

The disasters perception of village residents is an important part of national disasters perception, which must be considered in the new country reconstruction. Village residents were surveyed by the questionnaire, in 4 natural villages of Qiaozhen town of Baoji district.and analysised the disasters perception of village residents. The result shows that: (1) The main type of disasters that residents worried is the rainstorm and the flood, and they think the similar disaster will occurren possibility. (2)The traditional measures are mainly used to against natural disasters by residents; (3) Mass media is the main quomodo, by which the residents access disasters information. (4) Family members and the neighbors are the first choice for help when disasters occurren, government is the next. The choice probability asking for help after disaster has a minish trend with length increase of social distance ( a alienation degree of social relationship ). (4) The villagers are willing to take prevention measure when disasters occurren.
