Abstract: To develop and utilize the wild chrysanthemum better, this experiment researched on the functional composition of the wild chrysanthemum in different picking period, and compared the results with those of cultivating chrysanthemums. The result shows that the content of the main efficacy composition of wild chrysanthemum, including the flavonoids, the chlorogenic acid and the volatile oil, is higher than that of cultivating chrysanthemums, and the content of the main efficacy composition of buds is higher than that of the flowers’.
