Abstract: The situation of crop straw utilization for Chongming Island is elucidated, and it is put forward several sixty-four dollar questions in the process of straw utilization for Chongming Island. From the point of view that protect entironment and build Chongming as world-class zoology island, straw return field, mulch cover grow, straw biotransformation energy sources utilization and zoology grow join cultivate mode have been summarized as straw synthesis utilization modes which are adapt to the situation of Chongming Island in this paper.
