Abstract: “Mechanical principle” and “tea processing principle” are coordinated in mechanized processing of high-quality green tea as gist. Integrated application of high-quality green tea processing technology would be discussed by processing environment and facilities, fresh leaves preservation, mechanized fixation, shaping process, tea drying and storage, production line operation etc.
