Abstract: 19 bacteria strains, isolated from maize straw retention field, had inhibition effect to the three pathogenic fungi of wheat root diseases, and then were tested by the trial of degradation and adaptation activity of maize straw. Only a strain(F1514) had high inhibition efficacy and adaptation to maize straw. The inhibition effects of F1514 to the three pathogenic fungi of Gaeumannomyces graminis (Sacc.) Arxer Oliver, Bipolaris sorokiniana (Sacc.) SHoem. Rhizoctonia cereali Vander Hoeven are 92.92%、90.81%、63.26%, respectively. It’s identified as Bacillus.sp.
